They do not pay heed to any complaint. Very arrogant. The flushes in all the toilets are not functioning. The behavior of those in the reception is very rough. the hotel is full of cockroaches. The food supplied was not good and served in unclean utensils. Filthy bed linen were supplied. In a word the hotel is terrible.

Excellent staff! Very helpful. This is very good value for the money. The hotel is very near the bus stop and the railway station. The hotel manager helped with the vehicle booking for the local sight seeing. Staff is in general very promt for the services when you tell them what you need.

深夜の列車で出発するので、それまでの休憩的に使いました。 安いですが、それにしても汚すぎる。。ベッドシーツやピローカバーはしばらく変えてないようでしたし、お湯も出ないですが何より水回りが汚い。
