Cclean nice rooms good staff

I really enjoyed my stay room was clean and staff were c amazing

Wi-Fi didn’t work. No toilet paper. Emptied previous garbage. First room had no refrigerator.

Clean, comfy, right price

The place was very shady. Random questionable people milling around. Some gave off the appearance of living at the place long term. Random stuff/trash on sidewalks. People passed out in their vehicles in the parking lot. We did not feel entirely safe. It is my mistake for assuming it would be fine and being cheap, but I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. The lady at the check in desk was friendly though.

Not like the picture; deceptive.

This was my worst hotel stay ever. No toilet paper, no waste paper basket. No glass to take my meds. No bedspread. One tiny blanket and the ac was turned to 60°. The clerk left the office for over 45 minutes. The phone didn’t work. The internet didn’t work. And there was only one bar cell service. This is a truly horrible place to stay.

Dirty, clogged shower drain causing over flow onto floor, no waste basket in room, extremely noisy with people conducting less the savior things all throughout the night. Was not able to get rest

They didn't have rooms available and offered us a room that was under construction. Floor was being replaced,ect. Got an apology from the receptionist and she said I will be refunded. Talked to Expedia the next day and I was told I wouldn't get a refu nd because the manager said the receptionist shouldn't have told us we would be refunded. Expedia said I can't do anything about it and I will be out of the cost for the room. Expedia should know better than to have this type of hotel on their site. I will not use Expedia again.

There was pink hair dye all over the room, the air quality felt terrible like the air con had never been cleaned, and the bedding was full of hairs that were not mine.

Cleaning stuff still in the room and someone's hygiene still in the bathroom

The first room had a broken window… The second room I was given was stinky, had not been cleaned for a while as there were many item under both bed obviously left by previous guests and never noticed by cleaning staff. The register on the AC was filthy, so I didn’t run it. Bed sheets looked like somebody had already slept in them. I used my own travel comforter and pillow and since I couldn’t sleep in this stitch I left 2 hours later. Terrible experience for $74.-

There was bugs on the floor/ bed, we were moved to a second room where there was more bugs, toilet was plugged with black in it and the shower had plastic bags with black on them. The sheets in the third room had dirty spots on it. Scared to sleep under covers No hot water to shower. Rate from 0-10, 0 for disgusting

I never had a chance to stay they would not accept my temporary drivers license as my ID and would not let me stay even though Hotels.com had already verified me and sent them the money. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Location was good that's about all

Room had hole in wall and bathroom door, huge gap in door to room, neighbors fought all hours and dogs barking for hours on end.

We booked a room with two queen bags. Neither bed had a bedspread or comforter on it. Each queen size bed had one pillow on it. The blankets that were exposed because of no comforter had cigarette holes on both of them. One of them had another large hole that was not a cigarette burn.

Room was dirty, cigarette burns on bed spread, ice machine out of order, almost no water pressure, the entire property needs a deep clean. I tried calling the desk multiple times both days during my stay with no answer. Also had to have my room card reprogrammed twice because of proximity to my cell phone, or car keys. It’s a ridiculous expectation to essentially tell your guests they can’t keep a room key in their pants pocket. All of these conditions, and still a “newly renovated” sign out front. It’s almost laughable.

Our stay was terrible and the hotel and corporation have been non-responsive in addressing the issue. Upon arriving we found that we had to drive to register at a separate location. At the second location we had to call and waited a long time for someone to arrive. After driving back to the first location we found that our room had only 1/4 inch of toilet paper, no towels but a hand towel and one washcloth, missing a pillowcase, bed not made well, one thin and stained blanket. We called the other place and were told that we could drive back to get the missing items for our room, but we requested that they be brought. She said she would when she had time, but she never did. We were so tired after 14 hours of driving, so we went to bed. When using the bathroom we saw that the toilet was not just stained, but actually very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in a couple weeks. Very gross. I got no answer when calling the front desk. Because there were no towels, we could not shower, and we left very early in the morning to go to a gas station for a bathroom with toilet paper. I repeatedly tried to call the hotel but got no answer. I went to Motel 6 customer care website and although they claim to "take my concerns very seriously" and "care about my experience," three different customer care reps only said to call the hotel, even though I called about a dozen times and no one answered. Horrible experience and customer service from the motel and from corporate. Still waiting!!

Hotel looks like it was abandoned, broken draft stopper on entrance door, stained bathroom, bathroom door frame has been previously broken and just has a bad glueing job, we left within 2 hours and did not even spent the night there
