Alles perfekt

Zimmer sehr sauber, Service sehr gut! Rezeption war nicht gut! Wir hatten ein double superiority land vue gebucht. Aber das Hotel war ausgebucht und sie gaben uns ein Familien Zimmer im 10 Stock! Versprachen uns nächsten Tag das Zimmer zu wechseln. Leider sagten sie uns am nächsten Tag wir müssten bezahlen! Wir wollten nicht, da wir ein superior gebucht hatten! Familien Zimmer hat 2 kleine Betten und das große Bett war nur über Stiegen zu erreichen und hatte einen sehr kleinen Balkon! Da wir Ladies über 70 sind, konnten wir nicht die steilen Stiegen steigen! Erst 2 Tage vor unserer Abreise wollte die Rezeption und die superior Zimmer geben. Wir wollten nicht für 2 Tage wieder die Koffer packen! Rezeption war sehr unprofessionell und frech!

super Unterkunft, Personal und Speisen

Management hat Personal gut im Griff! Sehr positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Personal sehr sehr nett und höflich war, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen. Keiner der Mitarbeiter war mit Handys beschäftigt, sondern wirklich sehr aufmerksam, was den Service betraf. Essen war reichlich vorhanden, geschmacklich ok. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, trotz des Alters dieses Hotels. Kritikpunkte: -Mobiliar im kompletten Bereich nicht mehr zeitgemäß -Betten sehr hart -Reinigung in den Zimmern leider schlecht -Service im Strandbereich nicht vorhanden, auch auf dem Steg, keine Erfrischungsmöglichkeit gegeben, auch fehlen hier Sanitäranlagen. -SPA-Bereich ungünstig gelegen (neben der Spielhalle) Fazit: Für mich kein Luxushotel, eher in der Mittelklasse eingeordnet, aber empfehlenswert! Habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Muhteşem bir konaklamaydı beklediğimizin çok ötesinde yemekler ve güleryüzlü hizmetlilerle karşılaştık, sadece soa tarafında yetersiz malzemeler bulunuyordu ama genel olarak çok memnun kaldık her şeyden

Alles super, aufgrund der frühen Jahreszeit sehr ruhig und nur wenig Gäste. Sehr angenehmes und unaufgeregtes Personal.

Personel çok ilgili,düşünceli,hızlı kısacası mükemmellerdi.Bir tek yemek lezzetleri fazla iyi değildi.Önceden mükemmeldi şimdi bu konuda hayal kırıklığına uğradım.

Well the main thing I wanted to call out here is that the cleaning staff opened my room on two occasions even though I had the do not disturb button switched on. Once on a normal day and once about half an hour before checkout and they would enter and try to get into a conversation with you. This is not acceptable, also I was in my towel the second time. Just mentioning aswell here as it's not mentioned in the advert the waterpark and fair elements are not open in the off peak months. And the pier is also not accessible. We found the food was good on a Monday and as we reached Friday the variety was less and there were even sections of counters that were closed so we didn't like that. Very disappointing. But the waiters/waitress were all top class. Overall the whole experience was ok but the cleaning staff service not acceptable. And as a bonus fyi we paid around 700 lira or 20 euros from the airport to the resort, pay less if you can but more you're probably being ripped off.

The experience of staying at the royal wings has been absolutely amazing, really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very polite and helpful the hotel was very nice and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Bir çok otel gezmeme rağmen 1. Sırada hafızamda kalacak bir otel kelimenin tam anlamı ile muhteşem.. ilk öncelik personel kalitesi bu kadar mi samimi içten yorulmadan destek olurlar çok şaşkınım otel sahibinin ne kadar şanslı bir kadro ile çalıştığını en içten dileklerim ile açıkça ifade edebilirim otel giriş güvenlik ablalarımız animasyon ekibi servis yapan arkadaşlarımız kat hızmetleri herkes mi güler yardımcı olur hepsine teker teker sonsuz teşekkürler bu içtenliği yakalayınca otel de başka bir şey aramıyorsunuz net.

The bed sheets were not changed during our 4-day stay. That's bad!!

Great hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days at the end of November. The hotel staff is really very kind and they deserve all the praise. They are always smiling and ready to make you enjoy your stay. ​The food is very tasty and the offer is varied. We were very satisfied with the food. There is something to eat and drink throughout the day. The room was cleaned every day but not very thoroughly and I don't think they change the sheets very often. So it would be good if they can improve that service. When it got cold outside, the heating did not work in the hotel bar and lobby for several days and it was very cold. After when they turned on the heating, it was warm and cozy. The rum was always warm. The courtyard of the hotel is large with many palm trees and a huge pool so it was pleasant to walk around. The beach is very close, approximately 3 minutes' walk from the hotel, but not so big. The playroom for children does not offer much entertainment. They say it's because of the winter concept because they don't have many children as guests now. But the girl working there is very nice. There weren't many guests so it wasn't crowded anywhere and we really enjoyed our vacation. I absolutely recommend this hotel. ​

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, das Einzige ist halt allg. bei vielen Hotels, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Auch haben die Zimmer alle eine sehr laute Klingel. Wir hatten 2 Familien als Nachbarn die sich immer früh morgens abgeholt hatten und um 7.00 Uhr geklingelt haben. Man hört es als würde jemand bei dir klingeln. Wir mussten den Nachbarn eine Notiz hinterlassen so früh morgens nicht mehr zu klingeln. Leider hat uns auch der Abschied (Checkout) so sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten am 28.10.2023 um 5.40 Uhr unser Checkout und es war ein Mann an der Rezeption der uns nicht mal begrüsst hat er hat nur die Karten entgegen genommen und Danke gesagt. Kein „ich hoffe ihr Aufenthalt hat euch gefallen“ gar nichts. Sehr enttäuschend. Sonst hatten wir eigentlich immer sehr nettes Personal. Auch hatte ich am Tag der Unterkunft das nicht stören Zeichen gesetzt damit ich etwas schlaf bekommen kann, leider hat das Telefon dann meinen Schlaf so gestört da es Minuten lang geklingelt hat. Man muss das nicht stören Zeichen auch für das Telefon einführen.

Immer wieder gerne sind sehr begeistert vom Hotel
