Loved this place. Perfect for our needs and wonderful

This is a delightful historic hotel conveniently located near the Poprad-Tatry train station and within walking distance of several other establishments and sites. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is excellent and helpful for everything. We would return here again! Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the attached restaurant/cafe was also surprisingly good.

Hotel Europa jako vždy nezklamal. Krásný pokoj, útulná velká postel. Příjemné posezení v kavárně. Sympatický, milý personál. Určitě doporučuji.

We arrived just as the kitchen was closing and hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were fed.

It's close to the station and has good transport links. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast was also good.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable - a true home away from home. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality, fresh items to choose from. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was unfailingly polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Excelsior and would not hesitate to recommend it to family, friends, or anyone visiting the area. The combination of an ideal location, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch hospitality made it the perfect choice for my trip. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to the city.

Ubytování v hotelu bylo skvělé. Personál velmi milý, přátelský a vstřícný. Pokoje pěkné, útulné a čisté i s ledničkou. Doporučuji příjemné posezení v kavárně. Dobrá káva a skvěle namíchané drinky. Opravdu velmi spokojený :-* .
