Horrible

Not appealing.

I would not suggest anyone stay here. I’ve never been in such a run down and dirty hotel. The bathrooms, the floors, beds….it should be condemned.

Very run down building, moldy grout in restroom, holes all through comforter as well as fabric window curtain. Also not the most pleasant of staff. Stayed on the second floor and the hand railing in the corner was rusted away to an extreme degree with just jagged rusty points sticking out.

I'm giving it all five stars because of the late check-in I had and the gentleman was very nice with my service dog unlike some other properties. Yes this hotel is older and it's in a busy area but he was very kind and I'm very thankful

Roaches!!! I’ve never seen a motel with roaches that bad! I was there for 2 weeks, never got a clean sheet, towel, or NOTHING!

Very unsatisfying bed covers were so unclean stained just overall I still can't believe it

Room i took is ground floor somewhere near pool and room was too smelly should have asked for room change im tired, i struggled even to sleep.

Terrible place. City Authorities need to take action ASAP. Bugs on the beds and sheets. Cockroaches in the bathroom and living area. I videotaped them and showed the front desk attendants but they didn’t care. Horrible experience. Had to abandon room 1hr after check-in.

I was only upset there was no remote or more than one pillow

I can’t seem leave what I am now dubbing the crystal palace it’s so D friendly here I can smoke my sweet shebey all day and night thanks camel jockeys

The pillows are like 20yrs old that smell like cigarette smoke, the bed spread had burn holes, the mattress was old, stiff. The bathroom needs repairs around the toilet, walls, and ceiling. Rooms need complete overhaul. Rooms should be $25 a night.

There was roaches and the room was dirty

Not bad a few issues were bedbugs in the first room and not having the breakfast they advertised

I do appreciate that the people were kind, and when there was an issue, there was no hesitation and they accommodated my needs on point

We caught and tossed out 2 roaches and a bed bug, 3 other roaches crawled on us at night. Staff denied having an issue and was rude when questioned about it. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking here. I wouldnt recommend this location unless you ABSOLUTELY have no other choice....
