Great AC and comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the shower. Not much in the way of amenities. There was sufficient food on the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t hot … and cold eggs aren’t appetizing

Staff was very nice and rooms were rather small but well appointed. If you don’t care about location, this was a good bang for the buck.

Our stay was exceptional.We flew into San Juan airport late at night and needed a place to stay. We were gonna go with a typical US chain, but so glad we were able to stay in a beautiful local hotel. We had a late check-in, but there was a front desk person there all the time along with a security guard outside. We missed dinner at the restaurant which was supposed to be amazing, but we were directed to a little local place down the street where the food was great. The beds were super comfy, the place was extremely well-maintained, the local breakfast was fantastic and the staff was spectacular. We also understand that this place is run on solar, and it is obvious that they think about sustainability. There are no single used plastics anywhere.We slept a little late, but the front desk guy messaged us to make sure we didn’t miss breakfast. We would 110% stay here again, and will probably do so on our way back to the airport. Definitely stay here.

Staff was very helpful and understanding in a difficult situation concerning my family. But also, it was just a really nice hotel to relax at either before or at the end of a trip to Costa Rica.

I haven’t had Chinese food in over 2 years. I wanted one of every section but settled on Egg rolls Wonton soup Dumplings Excellent Staff was inquisitive to my needs and the property was really cool Steps away from US Embassy

Great place to stay

Place is awesome and front desk Jorge was the best at giving recommendations.

Hands down the best place we could have landed after stressful theft which required us to be at the U.S. Embassy at 7am. Jorge at the front desk was our savior, a calm presence who helped print all our paperwork and just be a kind heart in the face of difficult circumstances. This is a budget hotel so certainly not luxe but everything was fine. Bed comfortable enough, good a/c, coffee in room and full breakfast included, free secure parking. Only negative was water never really gets hot but minor issue. Overall this over delivered on expectations given such a good price and Jorge’s great service.

Spacious clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jorge at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay by providing us with recommendations on places to visit, helping us book tours and providing us with a map for guidance on places we can visit in the city center. Had a great time staying here!
