가족과의 여행이라 중심지에서 좀 멀어도 주차장과 룸이 큰 것을 위주로 봤습니다. 전반적으로 시설이나 목적에는 잘 맞았는데, 큰 방에 비하여 난방시설이 턱없이 부족해 너무너무 추웠고, 온수는 한시간이 넘도록 뎁혀지지 않아 아이들은 씻지 못하고 잤습니다. 여름에 갔었다면 아주 만족스런 평가가 나왔을텐데, 겨울에 가시는분들 참고하세요.

관광지와 조금 멀긴하지만 시설이나 룸의 크기가 상당히 좋았습니다

호텔은 시내에서 벗어나 주택가에 위치해 있습니다. 디오클레티안스 팰리스 까지는 걸어서 20분정도 걸리는데, 버스를 타면 3~4분이면 갈 것 같습니다. 주택가이기 때문에 조용하기는 하지만, 관광지와 떨어져 있어서 늦은 밤에 돌아다니기는 어려울지도 모르겠습니다. 하지만, 무료주차가 가능하고 15년 7월 현재 매우 깨끗한 시설을 자랑하기 때문에, 렌트카를 가지고 이동하시는 분들은 한 번쯤 고려해봐도 좋을 만한 호텔입니다. 다만, 밤늦게 도착하면 무료주차장이 꽉 차 있을수도 있는데 그런 경우에는 가까운 유료주차장을 알려준다고 합니다. 조식은 10시 30분까지 가능한데, 일류 호텔처럼 많은 메뉴가 있지는 않지만, 다양한 빵과 쨈이 정성스럽게 준비되어 있고, 특히 자판기처럼 생긴 기계에서 나오는 커피맛은 크로아티아를 여행하면서 맛본 커피 중 최고였습니다. 특히, 호텔 주인과 직원분들이 아주 아주 친절했습니다.

Petite chambre. Entre le lit et la table il n' y avait que 10 cm pour passer. Mais la salle de bains était top, grande et très propre. Le personnel de l accueil était super sympa Petit déjeuner normal. Pas trop mal situé avec parking devant l établissement gratuit. Un gros plus

O hotel oferece quarto amplo , limpo , confortável com roupa de cama e travesseiros de primeira linha porém meu quarto não tinha frigobar. Café da manhã ok Atendimento da recepção atencioso. A única questão é a localização: perto do porto e do shopping, o q é ótimo. Porém, fica em uma rua com aspecto decadente que passa sensação de insegurança. Mas, após a primeira impressão, percebi q a cidade toda é assim mesmo. No geral , o hotel é recomendável. Voltaria a me hospedar nele se voltar a Split.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We needed information regarding the bus system and assistance in booking a taxi to the airport. They were always open and willing to help. The breakfast was excellent.

The smell of cigarette smoke from the reception area was overwhelming, people chain smoke all day in the cafe attached to reception right next to the dining room, I could smell smoke in our bed sheets as well, the ice water had the smell smoke too, the whole place smelt of smoke 24/7, I had a headache the entire stay from the smoke.

Das Hotel ist abseits und dadurch ruhig gelegen. Die historische Altstadt ist ca. 30 Fußminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer befand sich im 1. OG eines mehrgeschossigen Wohnhauses. Das Mobiliar hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und bei meinem Bett blätterte das Kunstleder vom Unterbett und der Kopflehne ab. Unschön. Der vorhandene Fernseher musste etwas umständlich mit einer Zusatzbox bedient werden. Grundsätzlich war der Service im Hotel okay. Uncool fand ich den Frühstücksraum. Das war ein abgetrennter Bereich von einem Raucherrestaurant und dadurch saß man morgens im Qualm der im Nachbarraum rauchenden Gäste. Unschön! Das Frühstück selbst war ok. Das Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

Muy mal mantenido el hotel, los muebles de la habitación se veían viejos y descuidado, algunos incluso rotos. El edificio olía muchísimo a cigarrillo y un olor como “a guardado”. La zona donde está ubicado tampoco es la mejor. Por un precio muy similar vi otros hoteles mucho mejores en el centro o cerca.

Overall nice accommodations but quite a hike to the town. Also both the water heater and refrigerator were turned off on our arrival. Staff very nice. Very good breakfast.

Overall a great place to stay. The breakfast was good, the room had amenities higher than my expectations and the staff were friendly. However bear in mind that it is quite a walk from Split centre and in an industrial area. Also you can’t escape the smell of smoke throughout the hotel.

Surrounding area looked rough (Very small streets, Graffiti, Poor). The hotel itself was very clean as well as the room. Staff was friendly. Nearby Cafè, Bus stop, and a few small convience stores.
