다른건 다 좋았는데 작은 방으로 예약했더니 2인용인데도 캐리어 2개 들어갈 자리도 없었습니다.

아트갤러리답게 호텔 내부 및 객실 보는재미가 쏠쏠합니다. 겨울이라 이용하지는 못했지만 옥상의 수영장도 좋아보였음. 공항버스 정류장에서는 거리가 조금 떨어져있는 편이었지만 주변이 조용한 점은 오히려 좋았습니다. (관광지 가는 정류장들 멀지않음) 객실의 웰컴과자가 감동적인 맛이었고 객실 들어섰을때 담배냄새가 아주 살짝 나기는 했지만 환기시키면 괜찮은 정도였습니다. 직원분들 친절했고 난방, 수압 등 불편함 점 없었습니다. 객실 와이파이 잘됩니다.

숙소가 전반적으로 좋은편이긴하나 호텔스닷컴에서 예약시 보았던 사진의 그 건물 그 방이 아니었습니다. 체크인 하러 갔을때 다른 건물로 다시 안내하였고 근처이지만 캐리어를 끌고 다시 다른 건물로 가야했습니다. 체크아웃시에도 다시 체크인했던 건물로 다시 와야해서 불편했습니다. 그리고 호텔스닷컴 홈페이지에서 보았던 사진의 방과는 아예 다른 방입니다. 넓고 더 좋은 환경의 방 사진을 보고 예약을 한건데, 사진과는 다른 좁고 다른 건물의 방을 배정받아서 별로였습니다. 그외 청결상태와 관리상태는 좋은편입니다.

늦게 예약한 탓에 가격을 너무 비싸게 한 것 같지만 그 가격 대비 가성비는 조금 떨어진 것 같습니다ㅎㅎ

시설은 깔끔했습니다. 근데 유럽호텔들이 그렇듯 객실이 너무 좁고 위치가 애매한듯 싶어요. 카탈루냐 광장까지 지하철 한 정거장이라 지하철 타기도 그렇고 걷기에는 좀 멀고 그런 것같네요.

굉장히 깨끗하고 훌륭한 곳이었습니다. 다만 객실청소할 때 첫날을 제외하고 발수건을 계속 안줘서 불편하였습니다. 전체적인 호텔 분위기는 좋으며 조식이 매우 맛있습니다. 테라스밖의 경치는 좋지 않지만 테라스 자체가 너무 좋았네요. 주위에 맛있는 식당도 많습니다.

This hotel was such a wonderful choice for our trip. Its location in Barcelona is top notch, the hotel itself was perfectly comfortable and beautifully designed and the amenities such as the pool and gym made our stay feel even more convenient. Only thing I could possibly complain about is that in the morning the plumbing tended to have a weird smell for some reason but honestly this wasn’t a huge deal, just really the only thing that wasn’t perfect. The staff made us feel very welcome and interactions with the them was overall very pleasant. We look forward to coming back to Barcelona soon and without a doubt we will be booking here again.

The staff at check in was extremely wonderful. Very courtesy and kind. They were helpful in finding locations and gave interest in what we were doing. We would definitely stay at H10 again!

Centrally located hotel, nice walking area. The entrance and loby area looks cool with art all around. However the rooms are far too small hardly any place to put your luggage and I was by myself. I can't imagine being 2 people in the room.

Great hotel in a cool neighbourhood with lots of cool places to eat and hang near by. Staff are great and super friendly and really helpful shout out to the lady at the bar. We stayed in a superior room nice size and well appointed and a nice private balcony too. Lots of nice small touches. And a rarity sadly these days but the streaming from my phone to tv worked perfectly

Nice property

!Allerdings entspricht der Pool nicht der Größe, die die Bilder vermitteln. Er ist maximal 50 cm tief und keine 3 Meter lang. Wer also eine Abkühlung sucht, wird sie hier nicht finden. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel gute, zweckmäßige Zimmer, eine tolle Hotelbar und alles in der Umgebung ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Barcelona

Great city break hotel. Room was smaller than expected but more than manageable for two people. All staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room was cleaned and fresh towels and water provided daily. Pool was a great added extra given the heat and humidity while we were there. Would definitely stay again

This hotel was conveniently located and close to a pharmacy and many restaurants. Our room was nice and clean with plenty of towels. The a/c was a little bit tricky to work but we got it done in the end. The bar was great with a fantastic female bartender that kept us entertained. Keep an eye on your bill as she twice gave us the wrong ones. The rooftop pool was disappointing. Very small, and too warm.

We had a five night stay here while conducting work and leisure. Excellent location near two subway stations. We wanted a location away from the main tourist areas, but close enough to visit by metro. There is food and dining in every direction you walk from the hotel. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, A/C was necessary and we were so happy to have it. The small refrigerator was good to have for storing some of our own drinks. The shower was awesome. Best room of our 13-day European trip. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped us a few times.
