괜찬은 조식, 훌륭한 바닷가 조망. 좋은 주방. 여유 있는 객실.

I booked "Classic Double Room, Sea View". The room had everything which the picture on this site shows only organisation was different. I liked the room, particularly the sea view balcony. On the first day I somehow managed to jam the balcony door which was fixed by the property care taker/owner(Ella, don't know her job profile), the next day. I forgot to bring UK to Euro power adapter and Ella helped me by buying one and letting me borrow it for the entire stay(6 nights). Few important notes:- 1) Please let the property owner/care taker know about your check in time as there is no one at the location usually unless required. I did let them know so was not a problem for me. 2) The entrance door may be locked, you can enter only if you have the keys. 3) Towels and bin were serviced every two days, room was not serviced in any other way(as "no house keeping" stated in details of room) however I did not need any other service during my stay so not a problem for me. 4) (Glass)->(in room), (Cup, Hot water kettle, coffee, sugar, hair drier) -> (in common area). 5) You will have the contact number of the property owner for anything you might need, just reiterating - no property staff will be at the location. 6) One important thing to note for "Restaurant Pension Dioklecijan" -> restaurant and the rooms at the property are owned by different owners so don't expect them to be related. 5) A bit noisy however I did not mind. Over all - Did I like my stay? - Yes I enjoyed it.

Logement propre, aucun soucis pour la reception tout s'est passé sans problème, la plage a 2min a pied, pour 1 nuit s'était très bien

This is a great place to stay. There are no kitchen facilities in the small 3 bed apartment, bathroom is newly renovated, for a tall person the shower is a bit small... No heat , but excellent beds on duvet.!

Trevligt, rent och vänlig personal. Fin lägenhet men lite slitet och lyhört. Trafiken utanför upplevs som lite störande ,men sova gick ändå. Nära buss och affär. Vi trivdes utmärkt.

Beautiful sea view. Towels changed every other day. Stayed room only but had a fridge and a kettle and mugs were provided when asked for. The staff were very pleasant. Close to the beach. Close to shop and bus route.

gave a good base for surrounding area. Short downhill walk to beach. Small supermarket next door. Air conditioning very good. Sheets and towels changed every 2 days. Small fridge in room. Extra bedding/ pillows in wardrobe. Good sized balcony with table and chairs. Airer on balcony too

Personalen är fantastiskt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummen är trevliga och det finns luftkonditionering. Jättenära till stranden och fin utsikt från balkongen (vid havsutsikt). Angående boendet så är hotellet något lyhört och det hade även varit trevligt att kunna äta frukost på hotellet. I ena byggnaden var det en mild doft av fukt på morgonen, men med vädringsfönstret öppet så försvann det rätt snabbt. Rekommenderar definitivt hotellet.

Bad noise isolation/ sound proofing in the room. The sound from the restaurant downstairs and other guests kept us from sleeping during the evening/early night and when we finnaly managed to sleep the sounds woke us up again early on the morning. Also the shower had been poorøy cleaned, the corners havent been cleaned in ages,see photo.

Vi fick en jättefin lägenhet med utsikt över havet, stor terass och de två sovrummen hade balkong. Väldigt trevlig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle ha en fin semester. 1 min gångtid till stranden, där det finns många restauranger som serverar fantastisk mat, affären,bankomat och bussen till större städer går direkt utanför. Störs man av ljud bör man välja något annat boende,detta är inget vi störs av.

Very close to beach and supermarket and bus stop to Split.

Amazing hotel, amazing food and location!!

Pas d eau chaude, trou dans les murs, une seule prise,.impossible de réserver le petit-déjeuner qu'il fallait planifier 24h mais un des personnels était rude et nous a invité à revenir le lendemain... chose pas faite... decevant

Good location ,clean hotel ,friendly staff

Nice hotel near the beach. Room was clean and every other day we got a new towels. The staff members were very friendly and the food was good. With a buss you were able to get to Split center effortlessly.

We wanted something close to the beach, and this hotel is just across the road from one. We had a balcony with a partial seaview and this was very nice too. We had booked a double room, but the had just pushed two single befs together, which meant there was a gap in the middle. The shower was a bit cold, not that I really minded in that heat. Hotel staff very friendly and restaurant food was great!

Maten på resturangen var utmärkt .Städningen var dock endast varannan dag.Vägen mellan hotellet och stranden var tidvis mycket störande.Sol stolar fanns endast att hyra på stranden

Pleasant pension in a quet coastal resort and very close to the beach. Almost self catering rather than 3* hotel but good value.
