침대는 편안하고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 체크인하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 심지어 오전 11시 30분쯤 일찍 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 3박 동안 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다!

water supply cut off since we have checked in, no water to take shower, worse experience at this hotel. and staff keeps on telling wait for some time. 8 pm and still no water supply.

Staff lobby bisa bahasa inggris fluently. Kamar besar, kasur besar, bersih. Ac nya dingin banget. Hotelnya strategis banget deket jungceylon mall, bangla road, pasar juga. Kalo jalan ke pantai lumayan jauh.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Phuket that much better. I’ll come again!

โรงแรมดี แต่พนักงานต้อนรับและการจัดการไม่ดี เราจองและจ่ายเงิน ไปถึงบอกห้องพักเต็ม พนักงานไม่ค่อยสนใจ คอยอยู่นานพนักงานถึงหาห้องใหม่ให้

ห้องพักสะอาด สวยงาม และการบริการดีเยี่ยม ถึงแม้อาหารจะน้อยไปหน่อยแต่ก็มีรสชาติดี

ควรอัพเดตแผนที่ใหม่ครับ แผนที่ที่ให้มาในเว็บนั้น ถ้าไปตาม GPS GPS จะพาไปจบที่ห้างจังซีลอน ถ้าเป็นคนต่างถิ่นไปหาโรงแรมนี้ จะค่อนข้างหาลำบากครับ

ส่วนใหญ่ดี เตียงใหญ่มาก แอร์เย็น มีสบู่ แชมพูให้ด้วย แต่ข้อเสียคือน้ำไม่อุ่น และในเว็บบอกมีที่จอดรถ แต่จริงๆไม่มีที่จอด ต้องไปเสี่ยงดวงหาเอาแถวนั้น

I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. The service was excellent, Ms. Vindy (the receptionist) never stop smiling and staffs are friendly and speak good English. The room was clean and spacious, but the bed is a little hard. Breakfast menu and taste is standard. Location is near Jungceylon and walking distance to Bangla Road and beach. Me and my wife enjoyed our short stay here.
