올드 타운의 숙소인것을 감안하고 위치는 뛰어나고 좋았으며, 서비스 등이 좋았습니다.

호텔이 너무 친절하고 좋아서 퀘벡에 다시 가고싶은 이유 중 하나가 되었어요. 무엇보다 위치가 너무너무 좋았구요, 주인아저씨가 정말 친절하셨어요. 계단이 힘들었지만 3층까지 짐을 옮겨주시고, 나중엔 내려주셨구요~컵라면을 먹으려고 하니 뜨거운 물과 포크를 가져다주시고..큰 호텔에서는 느낄 수 없는 따뜻함을 느낄 수 있었습니다^^

우선 위치가 샤토 프랑트낙 호텔 바로뒤어서 편했구요, 룸컨디션도 깨끗하고 서비스 데스크도 너무 친절하고 좋았어요. 위치와 룸컨디션을 모두 고려하면 근처에서 가장 가성비가 좋은 호텔일거라 생각해요

퀘백시티안에서 숙박하고싶어서 고른곳이예요 테라스가 있어서 여름이면 정말 좋았을꺼라는 생각이 들었어요 위치가 너무 좋아서 가격이 비싸다는 생각이 쏙 들어갔어요 사타안에서 저렴하게 묶을수있는 곳이예요 주인아주머니가 너무 친절해서 좋아요 :)

It was small, clean, cozy. The front staff was kind. The location was excellent. If I visit Quebec again, I will stay at this hotel again:)

올드타운 한가운데 위치한 최고의 접근성. 룸클리닝을 아주 깔끔하게 해주는데 타월은 다소 적게 줍니다. 호텔이라 하긴 그렇고 방과 화장실이 다 따로되어있는 호스텔정도라고 생각하시면 될것같네요.

Room did not look like the room that was in Expedia at all and very small. Sink was clogged up and the washroom door had no lock and didn't close properly.

Property needs a little tlc it had some broken things here and there. If you have any mibility issues please dont stay here. The steps are a lot harder to walk up then normal steps. Staff is super nice but it was confusing since they said only subday after 5pm no one will be here. And every day no one was there after 5pm. But if you are an able body and just need a place to sleep. I would recommend it. Cheap and close to everything! We would walked everywhere and you are right next to the chateau. So you will never be lost.

It's close to old town. But, it's small, dingy and the stairs are so loud. The receptionists are never to be found and when found, they are not helpful. Water doesn't drain. I wouldn't recommend it.

Perfect location! Staff was helpful. Cozy and clean. Rooms were modernized for an old building, perfect combination of old and new in Old Quebec.

Bon prix, proche du Château Frontenac et du Vieux-Québec. Pas vraiment de réceptionniste sur place (arrivé à 17h). Donc si personne sortait de la bâtisse à notre arrivé, comment aura-t-on eux nos cartes de chambre? Aurait besoin de finaliser leur dernière rénovation, il reste encore de la peinture à faire et des supports à manteau à réinstaller. Pourrait isoler les fenêtres pour économiser sur le chauffage. Sinon, bon séjour. Chambre 203

Loved the historic feel of the property and the neighbourhood! Walking distance to everything, perfect location. My kids like sleeping late, I can't, so I spent several hours sitting in the bay window with coffee, I loved it! Would be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues though, it's at the top of a hill from the shops and restaurants
