깨끗하고 즐거웠지만 와이파이가 아쉬웠어요. 연결이 되지않아 여러번 문의했지만 개선되지 않았고 개별 데이터를 쓸수밖에 없었어요.

Such a fun place to stay. There are two pools, lots of trees and a Palapa with chairs and a hammock to cool out in. It’s very relaxing and beautiful and away from all of the busy tourist stuff.

Room was dated, but clean, large and comfortable. 2 small pools and grounds for hanging out for a short while. Shared kitchens easily accessible. About 1.5 miles from Ferry. No walkable restaurant options. Overall, a good option at a very affordable price as a base for day trips for diving, etc.

A lovely place to stay. Everything we needed was available. The grounds were like a little oassis. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, beautiful hotel and grounds. A lovely and relaxing way to end our vacation.

The setting was beautiful, with lush tropical gardens. It is just off the main roadway and everything was very accessible, including supermarkets and taxis. The staff was excellent and housekeeping was great. The kitchen facilities weren’t great but there are lots of restaurants not too far away.

Very comfortable villas , beautiful place near downtown. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful customer service. They will help with bookings, taxis, acquiring a bike or motorbike…they are full service. And the property is heavenly.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel! The hotel is a beautiful quite spot, the staff is very accommodating

The hotel is lovely, it was quite quiet when I was there which was nice and they let me have a late checkout. The cabin was lovely with 3 double beds in it (was quite expensive though for off season). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the only thing was the hot water only lasted for about a minute then it was gone which is not great when washing your hair and the showerhead was not the greatest. The staff were absolutely lovely.

We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)

Check in was super easy, the property is super cute and feels super safe inside. It’s outside the party area which we love so there peace and quiet! We will be back!

Beautiful, tranquil property grounds. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Well kept pools, shared kitchen available for use and filtered drinking water in family cabin. Loved the dogs on property as well. Walkable neighborhood close to grocery store and about half a mile to bakery and other shops.

The courtyard and grounds were a magical, lush and creative landscape. It was so tranquil especially in the evening with the pretty lighting and the large comfy hammock. It belies the outward appearance of the building (which is clean, bright and colourful). We were pleasantly surprised and as a bonus in May, we had it all to ourselves. No TV in the room, and we didn't miss it lol.
