It was a cozy and pleasant place to stay. The area was very convenient for both San Marco and Biennale.

위치가 좋고 친절합니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 것 말고는 전반적으로 아주 좋습니다.

아르세날레 디 베네치아 전시회다녀오느라 숙박했읍니다. 위치도가깝고 좋았읍니다. 조식도 간단히 먹을만했고, 조용하고. 깨끗했읍니다.

The location is especially good, cruasan was also great, and the hotel manager who works at day time was good. However, the night time hotel manager was slightly unfriendly.

무엇보다 침대와 침구가 너무나도 마음에 든 호텔이었습니다. 싸구려 침대를 쓰지 않은 것만으로도 고급스러움이 느껴지는 호텔이었습니다. 화장실이나 샤워하는 공간은 좀 비좁았지만, 베네치아의 호텔 특성상 좁은건 감안하셔야 될 것 같구요, 객실은 꽤 여유공간 있어서 그닥 좁다는 생각은 안 들었습니다. 조식도 잘 나오고, 호텔 사장님도 친절하셔서 기분좋은 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 재구매 의사가 있는 호텔입니다!

체크아웃 한 후에, 짐을 맡아주셔서 편안하게 관광하였습니다. 아침식사도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 객실 내 음식 반입이 되지 않으며, 먹으면 벌금이 있다는 안내 문구를 보았습니다. 다만 베네치아 전체가 좀 오래된 곳이라... 호텔이 내부 리모델링을 하여 깨끗하긴 하지만, 좁고 시설이 좋지는 않습니다.

샤워가 망가졌다면서 미안하다며 더 구석에 있는 호텔로 데려다줬어요 그게 이 가격에 맞는곳인지 알수도 없고 환불이나 대안에 대해 선택권도 주지않았네요 다른 호텔은 엘리베이터도 없이 4층까지 짐갖고 가야하는 곳이었는데 뭔가 찝찝했어요

Only stayed for two nights. Room was small, but very clean. Staff was helpful.

Great location close to Arsenale

We had the top level- P- of this hotel for our honeymoon. The room was a bit smaller than expected/anticipated from what the Expedia pictures had shown. However, we had two terraces on either side of our room which allowed plenty of fresh air and light. One terrace was private and the other one was for use by other hotel stayers. All the amenities were up to date. Our bathroom had included a bidet. We had a vessel style sink which I personally enjoy. The location is great, it's near great restaurants. We enjoyed going to Al Gabbiano.

El Hotel lindo y bien ubicado… No apto para personas mayores por falta de elevador… Nos tocó piso 3 y fueron amables al subir equipaje pero subir es duro cuando tienes más de 70. Son amables y nos gustó

Otelin konumu harika, Oda küçük olmasına rağmen, çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Odanın 3.katta ve asansör olmaması beni oldukça zorladı. Oteldeki tek sorun kahvaltı çok yetersizdi Ve bunun için 15 EUR istenmesiydi. Dışarıda kahvaltı yapmayı tercih ettim. Bir sonraki seyahatimde yine tercih edebilirim. Umarım kahvaltı çok daha iyi hale getirilir.

Excelente todo

The room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Received an excellent restaurant recommendation that was near the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options available. We were able to store our luggage after checking out on the final day. Couldn’t have picked to better hotel. We’ll definitely be back and we will be recommending it to friends and family.
