Communication prior to arrival and during was polite and friendly. We were met upon arrival and were escorted to the apartment. In the kitchen was coffee, tea & chocolate. The apartment was clean, neat, well appointed. In the bathrooms were shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, soap, toothbrush, etc. It’s close to shops and restaurants, plus a short walk to the train station. It is secure and quiet. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

Well presented reasonably priced close to public transport

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean our host greeted us on arrival and went above and beyond to enjoy our stay was a very pleasant one. We would definitely recommend and will be back again!

These apartments are great and Bay Street is the prefect location for beach, shops, and being close enough to St Kilda and the city, but not close enough to get overwhelmed with city life. My only gripe was the apartment was a bit dark in the main living area because of the large trees in the courtyard. But that's being picky, because everything else was perfect. The host (Jason) was fantastic too.
