I lost my passport when I drop off hostel in Uber. Receiptionist helped actively, such as taxi call and contacting Uber driver. Even if Uber driver came hostel to bring my passport voluntarily, Employee helfed to find it. I appreciated her. Hostel's system was perfect, in dining room, bath room to make guests comfortable. I recommend my friends to visit aggressively. Thanks.

2층 침대가 너무 높아서 무서웠어요! 그래도 직원분들이 모두 친절하시고, 공동거실에서 다양한 활동을 할수있는게 좋았습니다.

숙소도 깨끗하고 스탭들도 친절합니다. 모르는 거 물어보면 최대한 도와주려고 노력하고 항상 사람들이 북적대는 좋은 곳입니다. 위치 또한 센트로여서 어딜가든 편한 관광이 될것입니다.

For the price it was not bad. the room was clean the staff was friendly. needs some repairs in the inside the room I stayed. the only bad thing was going up of stairs with luggage.

House keeping was great although the room could use some reconditioning. Possible mold on the roof. Great stay ! Loved the included tours and activities

El lugar es hermoso, la recepción es magnífica parece museo vintage, las habitaciones tienen todo lo conveniente y necesario para cubrir las necesidades de una habitación, cobijas al por mayor si hay mucho frío y ducha con agua bien caliente 24 hrs, definitivo un lugar donde iría nuevamente.

No fue lo que nos imaginamos, es barato pero muy sucio olía raro y al final vimos un estante enseguida del baño con las sábanas unas medio sucias, por eso era el olor no las tienen bien almacenadas y en desayuno horrible solo había pan y café no había leche para el cereal y la fruta ya ni había, las cortinas del cuarto estaban muy sucias se les veía la mugre, creo que no por ser económico deberían descuidar tanto los detalles, hasta bañarnos nos daba asco, creo que debería haber más igiene, fue una muy mala experiencia que nadie que vieja debería pasar, la verdad creo que jamás volvería ahí

Premises is pretty old. But also things like the bathroom not having hooks to hang clothes/towels, low water pressure in the shower, no chilled drinking water, no elevator to bring heavy baggage upstairs, sunken and stained communal furniture. Dark kitchen area, and also the community vibe barely exists in the commons area
