We informed them we were on our honeymoon trip and they free upgrade us from deluxe room to a superior junior suite and they put care to decor our room with balloons and petals with a free whole cake. And we love the ala carte breakfast sent to our room. Not to mention their 5 stars service! Will definitely recommend to everyone .

Highly recommended to stay here while you are in Hanoi. Huge room, comfortable bed. Clean. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Staff really great also. 2 thumbs up.
