Was probably excellent in its heyday. see some repairs done but bathroom doesn't have any towel rack, no electrical outlet, chair in room, key card loses charge often, too few hangers, only one front desk gal speaks a tiny bit of English, the lobby is totally empty, no lounge furniture, no table, bathroom has no toilet seat paper like the rest of the country, dining room serves reheated food or from frozen. Only the fresh M coffee was good.

i made reservation for 7 rooms or 6 night but end up checking in the one of bed broke so we wanted to take refund but they told me no refund. we lost 1500.00 and hotels.com didn't even help for being their guest.

Mal olor en la habitación, puerta del baño rota , ducha sin aspersor ,era solo el tubo de 1/2" sin nada , piso del baño sucio, ascensor indica que está en prueba y está en condicion regular , preferible usar las gradas.

Elevator constantly our of service, place needs a lot of repairing.

The hotel is very deteriorated, they must replaces all linens, towels, update all bathrooms. The elevator was constantly out of service, we stayed there because we were must of the time out at a convention, but the place needs a lot of repairing.

Room feel beglected. Staff lacked and unfriendly. They looked like they didn't like the job they are doing.

Deben regular la limpieza y cambiar los colchones también debe multar a las parejas que hacen mucho ruido en la noche mientras tienen sexo, porque hay personas que vamos a descansar y buscar tranquilidad, no escuchar este tipo de cosas, deben mejorar la limpieza, el baño estaba baboso las baldosas, deben mejorar la verdad porque es por el bien de ustedes

terrible estaba inundada la habitacion, al indicar en recepcion lo que hicieron fue darnos un trapeador

Hotel correcto. Sin más. En la habitación que estuve la cortina de la ventana no permitía evitar que entrara la luz del día. Algo molesto para quién necesite dormir durante el día. Buena cama, colchón cómodo, todo limpio. Tranquilo.
