4성급이라서 숙소 내에 세탁기가 있고, 샴푸와 바디워시도 구비되어 있습니다. 방도 아주 깔끔하고 넓어서 가족들이 이용하기 충분합니다. 특히 호스트가 아주 친절하고 소통이 잘 돼요. 리셉션이 방과 떨어져 있어 이메일로 소통해야 하나, 큰 불편을 느끼지 못할 수준입니다. 다만 공간상의 문제로 체크아웃 후에는 짐을 보관할 수 없으니 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

시설은 아주 좋았으나 사진보단 조금 좁은느낌이다 환영선물도 있고 직원들도 아주 친절하고 협조적이며 요리도구 및 재료도 잘 구비되어있었다 소금/후추,올리브오일과 발사믹식초가 있었다 질도 좋고 세재및 기타 물품들도 여유있게 준비되어있었다 지하철과의 거리두 가까운 편이고 바로 건너편 슈퍼는 자정까지 문을열어 아주 편했다 사그라다 파밀리아와 거리가 가까워 도보로 갈수 있고 택시를 탈때도 시내에서 모두 사그라다파밀리아의 지붕끝이 보일정도라 방향감을 잡기도 용이하다 다시 바르셀로나에 가게된다면 이숙소를 다시 이용할 생각이 있다

일반 주민들이 거주하는 지역에 있고 건물 1층 식당이 정말 맛있습니다. 마을 사람들이 엄청 많이 오고, 숨은 맛집입니다. 숙소는 방 2개, 넓은 거실, 욕조 있는 베쓰룸을 이용하다 보니 너무 편했습니다. 6인도 충분히 이용할 수 있을 정도(애들 포함) 또한, 사그리다파밀리아에서 약 10분 이내 거리라 편하기도 합니다. 체크인 장소가 두 군데이고, 18시 이전에는 숙소 대각선 장소이지만, 18시 이후에는 숙소에서 8분 정도 떨어진 곳에 찾아가야 하는 불편이 있습니다. 공항에 저녁에 도착하다 보니, 체크인 하기 위해서 가족들에게 카페에 있으라 해 놓고 체크인 하러 혼자 다녀왔고, 체크아웃도 주말이라 거기 까지 다녀오는 불편함이 있습니다.

The apartment is clean and well-appointed. Metro is close by. I didn’t care to go to a different location for check-in but (a) it was in the description and we knew about it (b) it was pretty seamless. The location is convenient in terms of accessibility but it is not the prettiest. Barcelona in general is a bit grimy. The apartment was very clean. We liked out stay!

Nous étions arrivées à la réception pendant midi, pour déposer nos bagages et nous avions été informés par message dès que l’appartement était prêt. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et efficace. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement était très propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Il est également bien situé, à proximité de la Sagrada Familia, de commerces et d’une station de métro. Le check-out a été très rapide, nous n’avions pas eu besoin de retourner à la réception.

This place is amazing! It's very modern and big, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need for a great stay. The host at check-in was really friendly and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for food, transportation and sights that made our visit to Barcelona great. We are a family of four with two kids in their early teens and this place was perfect. If I ever go to Barcelona again (and I hope to), I'll definitely stay at this apartment again!

Our stay was marred by poor communication and inadequate facilities. First, the hotel-arranged taxi failed to show up due to local road closures that the staff weren't even aware of. We wasted 30 minutes waiting before giving up and walking. Second, the hot water supply is a joke. Despite being a group of 5, the hot water ran out after the second person finished showering. A 2-hour wait for the tank to refill is a massive inconvenience. Aside from these issues, the stay was average, but I wouldn't return given the lack of coordination.

Great, clean, comfortable place. In a safe area close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and metro station. Communication with front staff was easy and helpful.

We had a great stay at Sensation Authentic Gràcia. The pre-check-in instructions and how to access the apartment were a bit confusing at first, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. I recommend using WhatsApp—it made communication with the apartment team super easy. They were always available and helpful, whether we had questions about a local clinic, an issue with the kettle, cleaning service timing, or arranging a taxi to the airport. Responses were fast and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There were four of us, and we never ran out of hot water as long as we took quick showers. The foldable bed in the living room was perfect when my daughter got sick and wanted to sleep separately. We especially loved the balconies—one for relaxing and another for drying clothes after using the washer (no dryer, but it wasn’t a problem). The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and light meals. The best part was the neighborhood—authentic, non-touristy, and full of local charm. Sagrada Família was within walking distance, and Casa Batlló and Park Güell were a short metro or bus ride away. The area felt very safe and had plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and takeout options. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and is conveniently close to the Sagrada Familia, making it a great base for exploring the city. However, we encountered a significant issue with the hot water supply—it runs out after one person showers, requiring a 30–45 minute wait before the next person can have a hot shower. This was inconvenient, especially when trying to maximize time for sightseeing. Additionally, the living room rug was quite worn and could use replacing. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay, but it falls short of the standards expected from a 4-star property.
