The family room was lovely. Double bed for the adults and two singles for the teens with s sitting area and desk. Included breakfast had lots of variety. Room was clean and quiet. The restaurant had wonderful food with so many different options and portions were huge. No issue finding space in the car park even though they had an event taking place when we arrived.

Nice place friendly staff and nice clean room. Although shower was plenty powerful an upgrade to the bathroom would be excellent. Great breakfast too one of nicest ive had. Only issue we had was TV recotion in the room wasnt great when trying to watch ITV. Other than that highly recommended

Excellent facility and friendly staff

Have previous stayed before and chose to stay again for a few reasons but mainly as the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.

Reception lady was so lovely, absolute credit to the hotel. So helpful and friendly. This hotel is excellent value for money and we will be staying again when visiting the area next time. It was Saturday night and restaurant was packed and there was a function on but you would never have known when in your room as was really quiet. Only 15 mins from Leeds city centre. Well worth a stay.

Friendly and helpful at reception room very clean and spacious a great cooked breakfast served at 07:00 unlike some hotels who think 09:30 is a good breakfast time and as for the price i frightened to say great value for money in case they put the price up it safe to say you will be as surprised as I was at what you get here oh and plenty of free parking it’s win win

Comfortable beds and rooms nice and clean. Ample parking spaces. Food portions are very large really good tasty food and value for money
