전체 평가 및 리뷰 JW Marriott Hotel Santo Domingo

다 마음에 들었으나 방음 문제이거나 룸 옆에 바로 붙어있는 룸이 너무 시끄럽게 대화해서 불편했다 가족룸으로 사용되는 룸을 배정받은 것 같아 아쉬웠다 다음엔 이런 구조의 룸은 피하고 싶다

Great location for shops and dining options. Unfortunately property was a little run down. Rooms need to be renovated.

Excellent conditions

Check in was slow, the room wasn’t ready when I got there even though it was already check in time. Then they gave me the wrong room, a double bed when I had reserved and paid for a king. They finally changed it after like an hour and a half and gave me the right room but there was loud music in the pool area at 2am that didn’t let me sleep and despite calling the front desk numerous times they didn’t know where the music was coming from. I was only there for one night and it was a terrible experience, I couldn’t rest at all.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were amazing and helpful. Veronica front desk manager I believe went out her way to help us rent a vehicle. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, food was really good and prices were reasonable. Hotel is a little pricey but worth it.

The hotel is located in a convenient area.. The best thing is that this hotel is inside the mall and we thought it was a wonderful idea. The staff and the customer services include the services in general was amazing . Very friendly and nice all of then . We would definitely return to this hotel.

Muy recomendable, el hotel cómodo , amplio y limpio. Tiene buenas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos.

Me cambiaron de habitación por exceso de ruido desde el bar y la nueva habitación estaba helada tuve que pedir cobertores para poder dormir y el aire acondicionado estaba apagado

The hotel has the perfecto location. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff is extremely nice. The room was incredible with a great view and huge. It had two full bathrooms!

Se me hace que está caro Para lo que es… el gimnasio está en construcción, hay varias cosas que no están muy bien

Mi habitación estaba pagada por adelantada y la recepcionista carga a mi tarjeta más de $1,600US cobrándola de forma doble. Cuando se le cuestionó dijo que no tenían sistema. Si mi esposa no se hubiera dado cuenta, me timan más de $1,600US. En adición, te cargan por adelantado a tu tarjeta una cuantía muy en exceso a otros hoteles. Muy caro para lo que es. Hay otros hoteles de excelente calidad, a mitad de precio y algunos incluyen desayuno.

Staff was friendly, professional and the food was great.
