위치: 브라이튼 역에서 약 10분거리, 걸어서 다닐 수 있어서 위치는 대채적으로 만족함 청결상태: 선반에 먼지가 많음, 그래도 바닥은 깨끗해보임 서비스: 조식의 신선도가 별로였음, 빵도 오래되어 보이고 잼도 그러했음, 요거트는 먹을만했음 전체만족도: 중하 Actually, I can’t say “It was a nice hotel”.. Even though the location was not quite far from Brighton station, the room was “dusty”, the floor was clean though. the breakfast was soso except a yogurt. the whole satisfaction is intermediate.

Great staff!

I arrived 5hrs early and the manager let me book in free of charge. The room was spot on,clean with lots of free coffee/Tea,towels and a great sea view.5mins from town centre.Very good local transport links. Bed was extremely comfortable. Sfaff were very friendly and amenable. I will have no reservations in booking this hotel again and will recommend it to family/friends.

Did not have breakfast. Room spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. Excellent view of the pier an sea. Would stay again.

There is no restrant or bar it's closed.

Was a nice place to stay

The Reception staff was very welcoming and sincere. The hotel is centrally located to all of the Restaurants and bars.

Staff were friendly but the Check in was like a faulty towers sketch, room was a bit bland but ok, in room kettle scaled up, cups not cleaned properly. Shower was good with nice smelling toiletries. The bar on the hotel is closed Very good proximity to the beach and sealife etc, After spending the previous night at a neighboring hotel, this didnt hit the same standard for the money paid.

Helpful and polite staff. Easy street parking, and we were surprised by this, given how busy it was. Given that it was much cheaper than a lot, i looked at . It was good value , and clean .

Second stay at hotel Amsterdam. Some redecoration done since last stay making hotel seem fresher. Location is everything and hotel perfect Brighton located.bar welcoming and a fun place to be. If back in brighton i would again stay in Hotel Amsterdam.

The staff were very welcoming, I appreciated the lift. I had everything I needed to have a comfortable night.

Easy going staff allowed me to check in early and then kept my suitcase safe on check out so I may wander about Brighton without it. Comfortable and clean room. Quiet as bar not open but loved the earplugs being provided!

Very close to the beach. That’s about it. Wasn’t at all noisy like others have reported, however…I’ll not be back. I reported the toilet as blocked when I arrived. They said they’d sorted it. Clearly not. It flooded the bathroom with water, paper and poo. Not a good look Hotels.com

Our stay was great, staff are lovely and very helpful. Beds are comfy but the basement room we were in smelt quite damp and shower curtain is very mouldy.

To be totally honest for how much we paid over £100 a night I was very shocked at this hotel and was expecting much more for the money. I will start with the good and say staff at reception are exceptional and very friendly and helpful and staff went above and beyond. But that is were the positive ends I'm afraid. The toilet stank and would not flush properly, cracks in the mirror and broken toilet roll holder, not what you expect when paying over £100 a night. Hotel supposed to serve breakfast from 8till 10 as that's what they advertise but was told was not available as no chef was working. As I said, staff fantastic, but that can't compensate for the lack of maintenance and amenities

Good location

This hotel is ok, our room was quite big but others are not. Surprisingly not too noisy. Showers/bathroom was just ok but clean.

The people on reception were great we were made to feel very welcome and they was friendly. The hotel was in a great location. We had a room that overlooked the sea. The only issue was that the room looked outdated and felt a bit grotty for the price we paid. The shower worked but it wasn’t very good. The room was adequate and clean but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for more than one night. If your not too bothered about the room then I would recommend here
