호텔은 깨끗하고 세 명이 지내기에 충분히 넓었습니다. 24시간 프런트가 있고 직원은 친절한 편입니다. 그랑플라스 바로 앞이고 주변에 훌륭한 레스토랑이 많습니다.

1.가격이 비싼것을 제외하면 전반적으로 만죅한다 2. 호텔앞 도로를 포장중이고 비가 내리고 있어 길이 진흙탕이였다 3. 체크아웃 후 무료로 짐 보관해준다

어른 3명이 듀플렉스 스위트룸에 묵었는데 복층구조로 2층과 1층에 침실이 있어서 충분한 공간이 있었고 객실도 깨끗하고 일반 호텔에 비해 조명도 밝았다. 집같은 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 호텔이었고 조식도 간단하지만 정갈해서 좋았다. 단지 호텔 입구가 정말 작아서 찾기 힘들었는데 위치는 브뤼셀 중앙역에서 걸어서 5분 거리라 좋은 편이다

주요 관광지와도 가깝고, 역까지도 도보로 이용가능하며, 주변 식당이나 카페들에도 만족했습니다. 객실이나 호텔 또한 청결했고, 편안했습니다.

주변에 관광지가 많아 걸어서 가기에도 편하며, 식당도 많았다. 호텔 직원도 친절했고, 객실은 넓었으며, 깨끗했더.

중심지와 가까워 무척 좋았습니다. 호텔도 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있고 직원들도 친절했고요. 다만 라디에이터가 작동하지 않아 직원에게 문의했더니. (제 남편이 뜨거운 물 샤워해서 화재알람 확인차 이전에 올라왔었음 ㅎㅎㅎ) 그 알람 때문에 지금 작동이 안된다며 한두시간 있으면 된다더군요. 밤새 안됐답니다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 좀 추웠는데 괜찮았습니다. 2박이라 다음날 다른 직원이 있길래 물어봤더니 다 안된답니다. 그냥 벽에 붙은 에어컨 조절기 같은 걸로 켜면 된다고 하더라고요. 전날 그 직원이 그 이야기를 해 줬으면 좋았겠다. 싶었습니다. 뭐 못 잘 정도로 춥지는 않았습니다. 직원들도. 위치도 아주 만족했습니다.

There was very nice place for my familly. Hotel steps was very kind. We met some problems..thalys train strike and my doughter fever but every time they give me hands. Very thank you!!

It' brand new hotel so close to Grand Place. The staff at a reception was so kind and friendly. Everything was great. It can be little bit noisy at night.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre (22) spacieuse et salle de bain lumineuse. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans le cadre d’un w.end en couple et nous recommanderons cet hôtel à notre entourage.

We had two rooms here, a family room with two adults and three small children, and two adults in a queen room. The queen room is in the main hotel whereas a family room is in an annex very close by. The family room is giant with a dining table for six, pullout sofa, and a kitchenette with refrigerator and hot plate and separate bedroom with king bed. There were free drinks (water, coke, beer) in the fridge. Overall, this was perfect for us with our six, three and one year-old. They provided a crib on request. My only concern is that the windows open very easily and there is no barrier to the outside. It is actually very dangerous to have toddlers in a room by themselves. We remedied this by splitting up and sleeping one adult in each room, not ideal. The location is amazing and we had no trouble with the noise but a little with the light in the living room, no blackout curtains and there is a lot of light from the galleries. I would give five stars if they had a railing in front of the windows and blackout curtains.

Really convenient location, close to all the major historical sites, shopping and Christmas Markets. Hotel has rooms in 2 sites. We were in room 202 which is in the Galleria St Hubert. Room is spacious and well appointed but unfortunately noisy due to shouting in the middle of the night (happened all 3 nights) and why I lowered the rating as otherwise was excellent.
