전체 평가 및 리뷰 NH Parma

This hotelis located very close from Parma train station and a new building where the reception staffs are very kind and in case of ourself, we had arrived 2 1/2hrs earlier but they tried to let us to have a room for us and during that waiting she had served a kind coffes for us. We had stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd day, after returning our city trip we had found out the waste box "Not touched! and the room floor had not cleaned because we could find the same particles at the same position and towels were for one set even we are couple".We are very disappointed with thus kind of poor management where this nice building hotel.

I very much liked the fact that the property was at the train station, and I could walk to the train at check-in and check-out.

Stayed in jr suite was very spacious Breakfast buffet was good

The breakfast is fantastic The pillows are quite hard which made the bed uncomfortable and I still have a sore neck If you’re someone who likes to have a bath - there was one in my bathroom and it was a proper size - having the soap / shampoo etc on the wall at a height for showing makes bathing really awkward to actually wash. Since they’re fixed to the wall and almost impossible to remove it’s annoying.

Clean and lovely hotel

A nice hotel conveniently located to the train station and a short (10-15 minute) walk to the heart of the city. Hotel in great shape with spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms (three key factors that I look for in hotel). Definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to everything. Underground safe parking. Lovely room. Very helpful staff. I would absolutely stay again !! You wont be disappointed.

We chose this because it was right next to the train station. That way we were able to just dump our bags and then go and explore Parma. The next day we did a really great tour for cheese, ham and vinegar in the area. They allow us to keep our bags there all day, which is so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.
