This hotelis located very close from Parma train station and a new building where the reception staffs are very kind and in case of ourself, we had arrived 2 1/2hrs earlier but they tried to let us to have a room for us and during that waiting she had served a kind coffes for us. We had stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd day, after returning our city trip we had found out the waste box "Not touched! and the room floor had not cleaned because we could find the same particles at the same position and towels were for one set even we are couple".We are very disappointed with thus kind of poor management where this nice building hotel.

Vraiment pratique a quelques minutes de marche du centre.

Gestört hat, dass die Bar am Nachmittag geschlossen war. Das aber nirgends bekannt gemacht wurde. An der Rezeption waren 2 Damen, die gesehen haben, dass wir hingesetzt haben und auf den Service gewartet haben. Erst als niemand kam und wir angefragt haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Bar geschlossen ist.

Francesca and the rest of the reception staff were fantastic and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very upscale contemporary! We slept well. Walkable in about two minutes from the train station. 16-18 minutes to walk to city center or a 5 minute; 9 euro cab ride. This was perhaps the best hotel we've stayed at during our trip to Greece and Italy, and definitely the best value! Highly recommend. They even have a gym and a morning breakfast buffet.

Ci sono stati problemi tecnici su alcuni piani di camere. Il Personale comunque ha fatto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e confortevole.

There were not many stores around so I had to do my shopping at the supermarket. I'm happy with the location for business.

I very much liked the fact that the property was at the train station, and I could walk to the train at check-in and check-out.

Stayed in jr suite was very spacious Breakfast buffet was good

The breakfast is fantastic The pillows are quite hard which made the bed uncomfortable and I still have a sore neck If you’re someone who likes to have a bath - there was one in my bathroom and it was a proper size - having the soap / shampoo etc on the wall at a height for showing makes bathing really awkward to actually wash. Since they’re fixed to the wall and almost impossible to remove it’s annoying.

Good location. Clean. Good breakfast. Only thing is that check-in takes always time.
