Location is terrible. GPS takes you to a post in the middle of the road that can only be lowered by calling Hotel, we did this several times with no help. Finally gave up and went to local Holiday Inn with much better location. Sent email requesting refund since we were not able to stay there and was told against their policy. see below from hotel. I tried all afternoon to answer you on the phone , and I opened the post in the middle of the road 4 times ! We can't refund you anything , sorry. If you wanna cancel the reservation, you can but we can't refund, the director is strict about this. Thanks.

Frühstück könnte etwas größer und mit mehr Käse, Wurst, Obst und Gemüseangeboten ausfallen. Sonst alles eigentlich top.

L’établissement est situé en pleine centre-ville de la comédie. Très petit ascenseur et la salle de bain si vous faites plus de 120kg et 2 mètres de hauteur attention. Petit bémol sinon rien à dire

Stayed for one night

Très bien placé avec une réception très sympatique, on était à 4 dans une chambre pendant 6 nuits, on avait peur avant d'arriver d'être à l'étroit mais au final ça allait très bien, on était aussi plutôt à l'extérieur pour profiter de la plage et la ville du coup on n'a pas eu de problème. Par contre il ne faut pas essayé d'aller en voiture devant l'hôtel, meilleur temps de se parquer au parking Triangle.

One block from Place Comedie, in a quiet area by a pedestrian/car tunnel. Building dated, but room newly renovated with small fridge (no freezer compartment), nice shower, air-con, table and TV. Due to the age of the building, the sound insulation is not great, if your neighbour is too loud, you might hear them. Bed is not the most comfortable, but ok. For one night stay at such a location and what we get from the hotel, we think the price is very very good. This area is now a pedestrian area, so if you call the hotel, they are supposed to lower the metal bars to let you enter the tunnel and reach their front door for unloading the luggage. Google map will only bring you until the front of the tunnel with metal barriers, right beside of Eurostar Hotel (or some name by Euro xxx -- i don't remember well). If you don't have that many luggage, just bring your luggage from there and walk through the tunnel. It is like 3 min. Hotel affiliated parking is 4-5 min walk from the hotel at the non-pedestrian area. It is 15 euros per day, else it is 35 euros.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel avec le GPS. Parking facile, quartier agréable à 2 pas de le place de la Comédie. Literie excellente, salle de bain minuscule mais suffisante pour une nuit, petit déjeuner correct. Séjour et personnel agréables.
