The worst experience ever in my life. This hotel has five different buildings (which I never knew until I checked in), and I was allocated into a building way down the block which was not advertised on the hotels.com. It was only for a night and it was so cheap, so I didn't expect much. But it was beyond my imagination. The worst thing was the bed sheet. There were yellow stains everywhere with hair of who knows where it came from... One good thing about this was, I got to wake up early and started the morning early, because I couldn't stand it. Oh they make you pay extra for parking, so it adds up to the bill. There was one guy at the recpetion who could speak in English, and he was helpful.

I think that this hotel is the best hotel in Ronda. The location is very nice. A price is so kinder than any hotel, in terms of location. The Ronda is the Love.

발코니와 창이 있는 방으로 예약했고 뉴에보 다리 뷰가 환상적이었어요. 론다에서 1박한다면 무조건 이곳으로!

정말 좋아요.. 다리 보이는 뷰로 하세요.. 가성비 너무 좋구요 아래층에 식당도 좋아요..... 가성비미쳤어요 저만알고싶을 정도예요..

멋진 뷰와 편안함에 만족

누에보 다리를 보면서 잠을 잘 수 있는곳. 308호. 대단했어요.

위치는좋고 시설은 너무 낙후됨. 따뜻한 물이 안나와서 제대로 씻기가 어려웠음. 방음도 잘 안되었음. 누에보 다리 뷰는 좋음.

누에보 다리 전망이 아주 멋졌습니다

저렴하고 위치도 좋으나 샤워실 배관물이 안빠짐 누에보 다리쪽 방이 아니였으나 리모델링된 방이라서 깔끔했다

We expected to stay at the hotel location but we were provided the room at the another building without prior notice. Also, the receptionist was bad and the breakfast wasn't good. At the check-in, we found there was something wrong at our reservation. We made the booking as triple room but the receptionist said there was no triple room at Hotel Don Miguel. She wasn't kind and didn't provide any extra beds or propose room change. There was a few selections in the breakfast buffet. Only few bread is possible to fill up stomach. Room was clean and the location was not bad but the bad service and poor breakfast was minus.

테라스 창살 없는 방을 예약했는데 처음에 창살 있는방을 주고는 랜덤으로 선택되는거라고 얘기함.. 그래서 가격을 다르게 줬다라고 직접 확인 시켜주고 방을 바꿔줌 그 이후 그냥 기분이 다 별로였음 물도 없고 여러모로 시설은 정말 안좋음

누에보다리 바로 앞에 위치하고 있습ㄴ다. 위치빼면 시체인 호텔이에요. 다리의 뷰를 24시간 보고 싶다면 예약하시는거 추천합니다. 하지만 시설이 매우 낡았고 특히 화장실은 물이 빠지지 않아 샤워하는데 어려움이 있더라구요. 제가 예약할때 실수로 다리뷰가 아닌 거리뷰로 예약했는데 다리뷰로 방변경 요청하니 60유로 추가해서 바꿔줬어요. 다리뷰 전경은 매우 좋으나 소음이 약간 있습니다. 참고하세요!

렌페역에서 호텔까지 걸어왔는데 10여분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 방을 누에보 다리가 보이는 위치로 주셨는데 최고의 선택이었던거 같습니다. 밤에 조명이 비치는 누에보 다리는 최고였습니다. 호텔 옆에 있는 식당에서의 저녁식사도 멋있었습니다. 다만 건물이 오래되어서 방 앞 복도에 물이 떨어졌던 점은 좀 아쉽네요...

The employees are really kind. However, there are limited staff who speak English.

샤워기가 고장나 있었던 것 빼고는 너무 만족한 호텔!! 누에보 다리 코앞이라 위치도 최고

Breakfast items were limited and presentation was poor. Slow coffee service.

This was the highlight of my trip. Everything was excellent. The accommodating staff, assisting in changes, the location of the Hotel and the wonderful view of El Tajo from the room terrace.

the elevator was not working for 2 days, there were no towels in the room, and the restaurant service was terrible. The good thing that the hotel has is an amazing view of the bridge
