Hôtel récent, moderne, toutes les chambres ont une vue partielle sur la mer. Le personnel est agréable. A 30 secondes à pied d’une petite plage, calme. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas bonne. Pas de chambres et espaces non fumeurs, impossible de profiter de la terrasse ni même d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans que ça sente mauvais. A la piscine, le personnel ne dit rien aux fumeurs alors qu’il y a bien la pancarte interdisant de fumer. Le linge de bain est un peu vieux et manque au moins une serviette par personne pour être confortable. Besoin d’une voiture car beaucoup de collines.

And if you’re in the mood for a bit of fun or fine dining, a great selection of charming restaurants and lively bars are just 10 minutes away on foot. To top it all off, the capital city is only a 15-minute drive, making everything wonderfully accessible. This place isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience that fills your heart and leaves you glowing. I can’t wait to come back!

Sehr schön zum Entspannen und Relaxen

This is our 10th time of staying here and we love it. We always stay in a gold level room. This year we came back for our wedding anniversary after the hotel housing all of our wedding guests last year. We will continue to come back to the Tacande as often as we can. We love seeing Javier every year. He is the best Barman and it’s so nice to see a familiar face. My one point to note would be it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the gold level rooms.

It’s a steep uphill trek lasting at least 10 minutes from hotel to the restaurants, Supermarket, convenience stores and shops. I’ve stayed here in 2022 and 2024; the hotel needs its own shop selling water, soft drinks, snacks and toiletries. It’s so far to walk to the portals nous town centre. The breakfast is superb. The staff warm and welcoming. It’s a relaxed pseudo spa hotel but I’ve never heard anyone who had had a massage. It needs a gym and I think a jacuzzi spa whirlpool for guests would be good ( the “gold” level has this which is a higher price point. The hotel pool and decking with copious trees and plants reminds me of New Zealand. This area and hotel is NOT a party spot so if your idea of a holiday is to get wasted in the company of English football fans and stagger back at 2am waking up the other guests, then this is not for you. You’d prefer Magaluf.

The whole hotel smells amazing (I would buy the scent if it was available), check in was very quick and easy, staff helped with our cases and took us to the room - we were in our room probably 15 minutes after arriving. This was my second time staying in room 3111, an amazing room with a large terrace and hot tub, a separate living room area and large bathroom area. A great room for couples. We took the half board package with a buffet breakfast which was always good. The dinners were smaller (a lot less people taking that option) so the buffet was much smaller, but with a chef options to order and a few other side options - a great idea as there would be much less food waste that way. All hotel staff we met were brilliant - friendly, efficient, helpful - they are all 10/10. I would recommend the hotel and the room I stayed in - I definitely intend to visit again.

Das Hotel ist ok. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer geht so. Die Dusche war von Anfang an voller Kalk und Wasserflecken. Dies blieb die ganze Woche so, ob also geputzt wurde, ist mir nicht klar. Auch der Boden wurde nicht erkennbar gereinigt, aber es liegt in der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strand, also kann man über den Sand am Boden hinweg schauen, auch weiss isch, dass die Mitarbeitenden für die Zimmerreinigung mur sehr wenig Zeit haben und trotzdem… Bett ok. Der Swimmuppool schien mir auf den Fotos ein wenig grösser, auch hier muss ich sagen, liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Umgebung ist ok, nicht mit viel liebe gehegt. Wenig bepflanzte Flächen. Die Angestellten des Frühstücksbüffets waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen gut.

The rooms are pretty old and for the money we paid definitely in bad condition. The cleaning was terrible, didn’t get clean towels. The bathroom was disgusting.

It’s good. We wood go back. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is good. Drinks prices are reasonable. Disappointed there was no gym and the pools are small. To be fair the hotel’s own website does not mention a gym. But Expedia do (they are wrong).

There was a building being constructed next to our balcony. To eat somewhere else you need a car, the food in the hotel was expensive. The only positive thing was the beach close to the hotel.

The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating

Kort vei til en liten strand. Her må man være tidlig ute for å få tak i solstol. Kostet 20euro for 2 stoler med parasoll. Hotellet hadde veldig god frokost. Gode senger. Hotellet hadde 2 små basseng der det nesten alltid var ledige solstoler. Minus med familierommet vi fikk var at vi fikk utsikt rett ut mot byggeplass så vi kunne ikke bruke balkongen pga innsyn fra arbeiderne. Om natten stod balkonglyset på noe som gjorde rommet helt lyst når vi skulle sove. Det var også et irriterende blått lys som blinket fra et stort hull med ledninger i taket. Det er en glassvegg inn til badet der man kan se romkameraten dusje/gå på do, så det ble lite privatliv. Veldig lytt mellom rommene. Det er en voldsom parfymelukt i resepsjonen, så er du allergisk mot parfyme ville jeg valgt et annet hotell. Til nærmeste butikk tok det over 10 minutt å gå. Vi var der 12 netter i juli 2024 noe som ble i det lengste laget. Veldig rolig sted og lite å finne på. Greit hotell hvis man skal være noen få netter.

Dejligt sted. Virkelig sødt personale. Pænt og rent. Ligger i dejlig rolige omgivelser. Eneste minus var, at der er meget lydt.
