Wi-Fi was horrid. Staff could careless

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke

The parking lot is sketchy and the hotel room smelled like mildew, the bathroom shower curtain was full of mildew and the bath tub had mold all around it. The towels had stains same with the blankets. The hand towels were not clean. The window curtain had soda or something splattered all over them. And the security doors didn’t lock.

This hotel is in an interesting area, Walking distance to a bunch of tap rooms and great eating. Hotel is a little older, (My room was remodeled in the last 12 months) I felt 100% safe, but are is a 'struggling' area of downtown.

Last minute search for a hotel. No complaints, average hotel stay. Staff were attentive and personable.

I would like a refund as my linens and room were dirty. I have pictures if needed.

Great place amazing staff

Evidently smoking room was all that was left, thought I reserved non-smoking. Otherwise room was nice and updated newer fridge tv and lighting, unlike the exterior and common areas, doors not working or seemingly secure. Very expensive but all hotels in the area are way overpriced. Probably would not stay there again.

The only thing that would could’ve been better is our check in time for an early check-in, but I guess people called in sick or quit their job so we had to wait and check in after our plans later in the evening otherwise everything was great!

Check in was good; friendly clerk. There was a stain on sheets we noticed when we went to sleep. The sink drain was really slow.

Floor in room was dirty, bathroom poorly ventilated. No food service; had to walk to nearby Circle K or Kwik Trip convenience stores, or the Burger King next door for food. The restaurant next to this hotel is only open until 3:00 and has long lines all day. Quite inconvenient.
