전체 평가 및 리뷰 Red Roof Inn Roanoke Rapids

I stayed two nights for my family reunion. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was nicely updated and clean. My stay was enjoyable, peaceful, and quiet. I plan to stay again in the future.

There was no soap . The doors to the outside are hard to open

The rooms in general were fine, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Whatever cleaning products are used have a strange smell, especially in the hallways.

My biggest problem with this room is the cleaning Overkill the smell of soap or Pine-Sol whatever they use was overwhelming couldn't get away from the smell the bathroom floor was actually slippery with soap with my sneakers on if I could have opened the window I would have. If you go to the breakfast buffet go early because it's picked over by 7:00. No waffles or scrambled eggs. I don't know if every Red Roof stopped having them.

Lots of dining options very close

Well worth the money … good food options all in walking distance ..

PASSING THOUGH AND WAS A QUICK STAY

The person at the check in desk could have been a little more pleasant.

I reserved this for my employees and they complained, one said they sleep with a gun under his pillow.

The room needs blackout curtains

The sink was really slow. Second Red Roof in a row with this issue. Also, gated area had broken lock.

Seems like they were short staffed but front desk person was nice and helpful. Long line to check in. Lobby and rooms smelled 0f smoke but was clean. No elevator. Thank God our room was on the 1st floor.

Felt safe and comfortable. Met my needs for a short stay.

Breakfast was minimal

This place is starting to show it’s age. The property is awkwardly located off a very busy street. The room was small for the size of the bed. I estimate that the king size bed was less than 18 inches from the wall on both sides. One side also had the heating/cooling unit intruding into this space. It was blowing right on to the foot of the bed. They also use some sort of air refreshing spray or cleaning solution that leaves a strong perfume scent in the room. I am sensitive to some scents because of asthma. I thought I would have to leave, but thankfully the bathroom vent fan took care of the problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet area which surprised me.

Clean nice bed hot shower. All things needed after 400 mile drive

The staff were nice but the room was not clean I thought we had a non smoking room but it smelled so bad in the hallway and it went through the room. The door was hard to open the washer soap was broken so it was dripping there was trash on floor and it’s a pet friendly hotel which is nice but someone’s dog was barking at 6am and it didn’t stop until around 930 it was ridiculous I couldnt sleep

No hand soap no tissues fridge made a lot of noise hard to sleep. Cereal was stale.

Easy on and off Hyw 95

Clean, entrance from the road not easy to find. Basic breakfast but ok
