기차역, 버스정류장 모두 멀지 않았고, 주변에 식당, 편의시설, 쇼핑거리 등 있어 불편함이 없었습니다. 라면 때문에 전기포트 프런트데스크에서 대여했는데, 대여 시 보증금 지불하고 몇일 후 환급되었습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 니스에서의 크리스마스를 잘 보냈습니다.

친절하고 깨끗하고 역에 가깝고 식당과 마트와 시장도 이용하기 편리하며 조식이 매우 만족스러움

엄청 깨끗하고 가격에 비해 룸컨디션이 좋아요. 제가 묵었던 방은 전자렌지랑 큰 냉장고도 있었고 테라스도 있었고요. 레스토랑 음식 맛있고 다들 친절합니다. 7층 루프탑도 꼭 들르세요! 니스 야경도 볼 수 있고 서버들이 다들 엄청 친절해요.

일단 담배냄새가 우리 층 전체에 퍼져있었음..해결해달라고 첫날에 네 번이나 말했는데 아무런 조치도 취하지 않음. 다음날 다시 말하니 올라와서 냄새를 맡고는 자기 코에는 아무런 냄새도 나지 않는다며 장향제 좀 뿌려주고 감 그 사람이 냄새를 못 맡은건 1m 떨어져도 강하게 진동하는 자기 향수 냄새 때문에 냄새를 못맡은거임 조식을 먹는 곳에서도 담배 냄새가 나고 파리도 날아다님 위생 최악 1층에 레스토랑이랑 같이 있어서 엄청 시끄럽고 어수선하다 유럽에서 호텔만 다섯개 다녔는데 그중 제일 최악 절대절대절대 가지마세요 그리고 온도 최대로 했눈데도 방이 겁나 추움 Never Never dare to stay at this hotel please

객실 내부 및 구조가 마음에 들었고, 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절하여 이용하는 동안 편안했습니다.

니스빌역에서 15분거리로 매우 가깝고 근처에 트램정류장이 있어 광장과 해변으로 가기가 쉽다. 객실은 깨끗하고 종업원은 친절하다. 다만, 객실이 무척좁아서 그 점이 아쉽다.

Good hotel in center of city, kinda sketchy around the area at night but nothing special as its a big city. Daytime its wonderful, recommend

The staff was great but there were things out of their control that they could do nothing about. Firstly, the location is debatable. Though located within an area that makes it walkable to many places, the homeless, mentally ill, and shady characters that loiter within a several block radius leaves a lot to be desired. Secondly, the heatwave occurring across Europe was intense and the building is worn and tired. The A/C equipment is unfortunately among the old and tired. It simply couldn't keep up with the demand so it could only cool the room so much. On a good day, I would go through at least three shirts and hanging them took a couple of days to dry because the humidity was that high. I guess the old adage of "you get what you pay for" may apply but I'm not even sure if that's true anymore. It seems that you pay and still don't get what some may find as necessary essentials. Honestly, the staff was very friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay here again. Try to find something in a better neighborhood and with updated equipment. Especially since heatwaves seems to be the new normal.

We have stayed for 7 nights, and we have booked double superior room with the balcony. However the room is still very small and not much place in a closet. The bathroom is tiny too, there was no shelf to put toiletries, or a hair brush. We’re traveled in July-August when the weather is hot, and there was no fridge in the room. That’s was the biggest negative point. If you will take the room without balcony is actually there is no room to sit in the room! Also, there was no glasses or tea spoons, or tea selections given to guests. We felt that a complimentary bottle of water would be nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, very convenient for everything either old town, beach or train station. I would recommend this hotel but only on one condition- if they will put fridge in the room.

Wow highly recommend! Good location near everything you could need & very close by to the train station for day trips. amazing AC. Big room. And really nice and helpful staff & good breakfast buffet !! Would 100% come back.

Todo está súper bien! La ubicación también en 15 min llegas a todo lo padre de Niza y el shopping está en esa misma calle al fondo, o nos costó trabajo conseguir estacionamiento cercano y eso que es verano y está muy lleno, la habitación súper bien y la atención en recepción fue increíble… gracias

Nous avons apprécié le service de bagagerie avant l'accès à notre chambre et après l'avoir quittée.

Cuarto amplio, limpio; excelente servicio y desayuno rico y variado

Air conditionnée insuffisant, oreillers vraiment pas confortables , très forte senteur de cigarettes dans la chambre . Les employés de l’hôtel semblait sensible et nous comprendre , mais n’ont rien fait pour remédier à nos insatisfactions. Pas moyen de changer de chambre et ils n’ont pas d’oreillers différents à proposer. Nous avons très mal dormi les Deux nuits dans l’odeur de cigarette.

Leider war das Personal bei der Ankunft wenig hilfsbereit - wir haben extra nach einem Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeiten gesucht und haben drei Tage vor der Anreise nochmals diesbezüglich nachgefragt. Bei der Ankunft hiess es dann, dass alle Parkplätze ausgebucht sind. Des weiteren sieht das Hotel auf der Homepage deutlich hochwertiger aus, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Die Zimmer sind okay was Platz und Komfort angeht, jedoch waren die Decken schmutzig.

bin was full of rubbish when we arrived and when we had to complain two times before it was cleared out. the manager in particular was passive aggressive when we tried bringing up the issue.
