전반적으로 규모가 작은 호텔로 객실 크기도 작아서 2인이 사용하기에 불편하였습니다. 그외 사항들은 만족할 만 합니다.

위치도 괜찮고 방도 생각보다 넓은 편이며 직원들도 친절합니다. 옆에 바로 쇼핑할수 있는 곳들이 많으며 다음번에도 묵고 싶어요.

Maison Saintonge does a lovely job of showing off the history of the building. The small details are all there in the design, exposed beams and all, and the rooms feel considered rather than styled. Mine was the junior suite, well appointed and spotless, with air conditioning that actually worked. The amenities and products provided were good quality throughout. There’s a lift too, which matters more than you’d think if you’re arriving with large suitcases. The staff were helpful but understated. You get a warm welcome rather than a hovering presence, which suited me. The location is very central with plenty happening in the surrounding streets. I didn’t have breakfast included but there are lots of places nearby to eat and drink. One note: this is a hotel for a solo traveller or a couple. Any more than that and the rooms would be a squeeze. And if you’re tall, watch your head on those beams.

The shower was superb. If I come back to Paris I would stay here again. Location was excellent. The one thing I would suggest is upgrading the AC unit. It’s very loud in the evening. Staff were lovely and the hotel was quite quaint. We enjoyed our stay.

Love the location, the staff was very helpful . Tons of restaurants, shops and the Picasso Museum was our highlight .

If you prefer charm and history, this is the way. The rooms are intimate but efficient. We loved staring at the wood beams in bed and watching life unfold from the windows. Favor yourself by walking to Tout Autour du Pain for a croissant at 5:30 am. The streets will entirely be your own. The access to public transportation, restaurants and commerce on foot are unmatched. The narrow street lends itself pedestrian friendly with softened traffic, a respite from busier and robust corners. The hotel was always staffed as they hold your key as you come and go. One less thing to worry about and I do not miss a key card. I could not have asked for a better introduction to Le Marais than Hôtel Maison Saintonge.

This hotel was the size of a walk in closet. For over $300 euros and a 4 star rating I expected a hotel like I had in the beginning of my stay. I got no help with my 4 bags and the girl at the front could see I was struggling and had to make 2 trips. I asked for help multiple times and the girl told me they dont do that. She seemed too busy chatting with 2 young men and another girl to care. My room was next to a narrow staircase .At one point I was afraid I would fall navigating my large bag into my room. I had one large suitcase,a duffle a carry on. I came down and asked for a new room and was told they were sold out and To call Expedia. I could not even open my large bag in the room! The girl at the front desk also told me they keep your room key. She asked for mine .This I never heard of before and said no to it. The young lady this morning at the front desk was much more accomodating. She assisted me with my bags ,apologized for her colleague and gave me the managers email to discuss the issues . I wrote her and am still waiting for a response I have a hernia condition and 3 herniated discs in my back. I should not have assumed all 4 star hotels have the same service. If your young and have a backpack only its okay to stay here Its a charming area with alot to offer. There are alot of great stores and restaraunts. Next time I'm in Paris I will go back to the other hotel. Lesson learned

Lille, mørkt værelse. Ekstrem lydt. Aircondition var slukket, da ejeren ikke ønskede at lade disse betjenes fra værelset. Således skulle man løbe ned i receptionen og låne en Remote hver gang man skulle tænde/slukke AC’en. Hotellet ser fint ud på facaden, men er ikke fint indeni. Samtidig er det alt for dyrt prissat. Kan ikke anbefales!

First time to Paris this location was outstanding. Only issue was that it was hottest record breaking week in Paris and they had us on 5th floor ac was not cold and could not sleep. Next day they moved us to floor 1 which was much cooler and gave us fans. breakfast cook called out 1 day and food was limited. They tried their best to adjust as things popped up. We booked last min so we paid 500-600 a night was is very exp for us. If you are paying the normal 200-300 a day it's fine just stay low floors if you can take the heat. Staff was very nice.

We were very pleased with the service at the hotel. The area was also very good and not too touristy, but with great options for food and drinks around.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and in a really charming and old building; the bed was extremely comfortable with very nice bedding, and room service/ cleaning doing a great job. However,I really struggled to see how this is a 4 star hotel: all the rooms could do with a bit of TLC (bathroom hooks were all loose; sign of wear and tear). The reception staff were friendly/ok but not exactly forthcoming. The breakfast was OK, but for €25 quite expensive (the fruit salad was not fresh, in which case I don't think it should be offered).

Great location and cute, clean hotel

We absolutely loved staying here! Everyone is friendly- it was nice coming back to familiar faces every night. The location is perfect, close to shops, food, and the metro. Lots of night life to people watch. The breakfast is a great option for mornings you just want sit somewhere quiet. We'll definitely be back!

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff very accommodating, The area is amazing with lots of lovely shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

Good location in a nice shopping area with great stores.

There was no soundproofing. Our room was up against a late night club. Woofing thru the walls until 4 am… woken at 6 by staff starting the coffee machine….

Great location. Cute decor. Wonderful staff. My only challenge was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. You might as well be sharing a room as you could hear every word.
