Room was cosy, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Been several times before because we love it here. We motorbike over the mountains and location is great to park the bikes and then can explore the coast on foot, with lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast is always lovely. The staff always let us leave our bikes in the car park for a bit after check out so we can do a walk before we hop back on the bikes and head home.

Beautiful location. Straightforward to locate and ample parking, which was great. Warm welcome and easy check-in. Room was very hot (radiators work well!); helpful assistance provided to turn radiators off. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately power outage (while I was asleep) meant TV turned itself on in the night! Lovely to have tea, coffee and a small biscuit. Would have been wonderful if there were a bottle of water, though this was offered on check out fire the drive home, which was a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely re-visit - thank you for a great stay.

The staff were so lovely and the dinner menu was especially enjoyable. Everything was clean and had everything needed. The location is great and makes it easy to walk on the waterfront path to the shops and restaurants. Lovely!

Great overnight stay. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great too. Overall very good value for money and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overall good. Breakfast was good quality but there were issues with it running out, however the team sorted this as quickly as they could. We would revisit.

Spotless linen n bathroom. Helpful, curteous staff. Happy to hear issues and agree to changes where necessary. Tasty Breakfasts, with a wide variety of choices. There was a morning clunking of water pump somewhere when hot water taps turned on though.

Rokm was FREEZING on arrival and up a flightbof stairs even though i had mentioned my guests had mobility issues. Everything felt cold and damp. We had to request different towels and leave the beds turned right down in the hope they wouldnt feel damp on our return. Idxasked for heating yo be sorted but if was still freezing when we came back from our lunch. I dont think you should accept bookjngs when you also have a wedding as we were unabld to use the bar...even to just relax and have coffee. My friends travelled down early due to this wedding to enable them to park and they had to sit in their car....very disappointing. We chose Norton House due to previous good experiences. Sadly weve decided future celebrations will be done elsewhere.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean. Great location near mumbles. Very good price with breakfast. Breakfast was really nice full cooked, toast, cereals and pastries with juice coffees and teas available.
