Tolles Hotel super freundliches Personal

Top Hotel super Service, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich hatte eine hervorragende Zeit im Resort. Personal war sehr aufmerksam und Service orientiert.

Es war alles super. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten beim Zimmer, mega Toll, danke. Das Frühstück Buffet und der Wellness Bereich war super. Mehr haben wir nicht genuzt.

Einfach Top! Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Essen und eine schöne saubere Hotelanlage mit Wellnessbereich.

Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. The free minibar was stocked only with two bottles of water, two apple juices and two cola, it was the exact same thing daily, we stayed for 4 nights and the front desk said that is their standard :(. Could have been more enjoyable if the hotel was more customer friendly.

Von a bis z tip top

Generally speaking we had a short but nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and is quite a big resort. Pro‘s - Friendly service - Great breakfast buffet - Wellness area The pictures can be a bit misleading, depending on which building you‘re staying in. There‘s newer buildings as well as older ones. We were staying in an „older“ building, which was still nice and in good shape, however we felt like it was a bit noisy. Even though we just spent a night as a couple I believe a family, would enjoy the hotel. There‘s a lot of activities for kids and the wellness area for the parents is great too.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Main building of the resort is a bit older than the other two. Service excellent but a bit pricey for the value.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel. Wir haben dies bei der Buchung nicht bemerkt und sind als Paar angereisst. Die Kinder haben nicht gestört. Und wenn man das schöne Bad oder die guten Restaurants zu Randzeiten benützt hat man wunderbar Platz. Suoer Essen. Schöne Wellnessanlage und geräumige Zimmer.

Views, food, drinks, hiking and mountain biking is all stunning. I’m sure in the winter the snow sports are great as well. Absolutely would pick this over any of the other resorts in the area. The sauna is fabulous as well!

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Leider war der Service etwas chaotisch. Schade. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Ottima struttura suddivisa in diversi edifici. La camera molto semplice e funzionale. Eccellente colazione. Ottima posizione per sfruttare al meglio le innumerevoli attività offerte dalla regione.
