We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leaside Manor. The room was fantastic. The jetted tub was a huge bonus. The free hot brunch delivered to our door in the nice morning was the cherry on top. Can't wait to stay there again!

Staff were great. Included breakfast was great

Had two lovely stays. First two nights in St. John’s and then another four nights at the end of our stay. Very homey environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast prepared fresh to order each day was wonderful. Look forward to visiting again one day!

The jacuzzi was dirty. It had grime and hair in the tub

Great breakfast and friendly service

We have stayed there a few times but have not been back in a long time. A number of years- possibly 10 or more. Nothing is updated - at all in the room Two sections of the Bonavista Suite has tile floor. The infloor heating only worked in the bathroom area and not the porch entrance from hall. Rest is the suite is hardwood - and it’s freezing cold. Bed was loud and very old. Pillows were very old with no shape at all. They folded like a blanket if you held it up - they were obviously double pillows in a queen pillow cases. Light switch covers missing Old out-dated electric fireplace with no obvious controls to adjust heat or blower. Tv and remotes extremely old and out dated. There are Cables just hanging out of the wall behind the tv. Wall sconces with either no bulbs or no bulb covers or missing both! The Curtains surrounding the bed have numerous visible stains on them The Curtain holders for these are broken Lower your expectations - a lot, from the pictures on the site.

Stayed in the Bonavista suite for two nights. Room was spotless clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Has own entrance to parking lot. Breakfast was great. We had delivered to our room both days. Only one little complaint that we had was the bathroom door stays lightly ajar. It doesn’t close fully and is frosted glass.

I love going there. Have been for years.

Was an amazing stay. Plan on staying again.

Great stay! Really quiet and large room. Minor suggestion for coffee or tea availability during our stay. Breakfast was great. NL weather can be difficult so when we came the parking lot was soupy. Could use some fresh road gravel. Thanks!

The property is very old but it is cozy. Our room was small. There was very little area to place items. Not a great set up for getting ready. No outlets or counter space in the bathroom.

Looking for a romantic weekend getaway this is a great choice.
