No bathroom in the room, have stairs. Bad transportation to the hotel only by Taxi to get there and out.

To be clear, review based on the annex and accepting it is economy accommodation, the main building (400 yards away looked like a very different story. Firstly, no towels in the room, you had to guess and found some in a sort of open scullery along the corridor. There was no proper lighting in the room, just a plug in up lighter lamp and in the morning, no hot water in the shared shower. Informed receptionist who said ‘okay, thanks’ so probably not an unknown issue. The annex was pretty clean but tired and shabby. Breakfast in the main building was ok/adequate, the setting is absolutely gorgeous. Just a one night stop off to break journey so served a purpose but wouldn’t stay there again, better spend another £40 somewhere for something better - with hot water!

Frühstück super, wunderbare Lage. Eigenes Bad ist wohl nicht Standard - ich hatte eines mit Badewanne. Allerdings lief so langsam Wasser, dass diese wohl nie voll geworden wäre. Zum Duschen okay. Haus hat viel Charme.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich, einige kleine dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen: Duschtrennwand, Lampe, wackelt, Schalter sind tot.

Magnifique cadre à côté du lac Léman. Excellent rapport prestation/prix.

assez surprise par le contexte, je ne savais pas qu'il s'agissait d'une communauté oeucuménique , nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des personnes présentes; maintenant il faut savoir que les oreillers, c'est pas le top et que douche et WC sont communs, mais tout cela est spécifié dans l'annonce. L'endroit est très reposant

This would be the place if you wanted to recover from a surgery in private, or write a book, or otherwise off the beaten path and without interruption. There are no bike rentals or on/off property tour options. There is no bar and the dinner option is kind of cafeteria style versus ordering a restaurant option. There is no AC in at least studio and the suite off site. That suite is at the road intersection of the driveway approach about 1000 feet from the main building. The suite is more of a rebuilt attic with the sloping ceilings and it is not large by any means. But the grounds are well kept and the building looks neat. Again, a great place if you do not want to be near town or any real access.
