The staffs, especially the receptionist that day, wasn't approachable and courteous. Upon checking in, she gave my room card and meal coupons to a male butler,without informing me. I found out the following day that it lacked a 1-day meal coupon. Also, my room card didn't let me in my room during my second day of stay in the hotel. I have to go to the receptionist and they did something in the card that eventually made me enter my room. They gave no reason why my card malfunctioned. I just assumed my stay wasn't updated in their system. I suggest that the staffs undergo a customer service seminar to be efficient in their duties and responsibilities.
