Key was left in a lockbox for us which was different but ok. Never actually met any hotel staff but everything we needed was in the room . Room was clean , however bring your own water or food because there was nothing in the fridge and no vending machines .

I booked different accommodations than usual (hotels, inns or suites) because of the demand in the area at the time of our visit. This offered the best price and location for our needs. I knew things would be 'different' which was okay for me, but not with my husband. There is no front desk, and the check in instructions were emailed to me after our arrival. With no check in information and no one on the premises, I called the only number I had (from the expedia booking) and got voice mail 2 times. The 3rd time the host answered and told us how to access the building. Then we learned that parking is 1+ miles from the room for $20.00 a day.

This particular unit is maintained by Corporate stays and it was very poorly kept. It was really difficult to get in touch with the company for anything. The towels and sheets all had stains on them. There was no soap to be found in the place. The stove didn't work. The lights in the closets didn't work. The ironing board was kept in a room where there was no outlet. The ironing board so so small that you could barely fit anything on it. The bed was kept on the floor. The TV was really tiny.

Terrible, no soap in the bathroom, the hallways reeked of animal urine and poop. Room was not very clean.
