방이 너무 작고 가격 대비 너무 비싼 것 같았어요. 3박을 묵었는데도 첫날 생수는 한 번만 주었는데, 리필은 안 됐어요. 직원들이 좀 더 친절하고 친절했으면 좋았을 텐데요. 전반적으로 방은 깨끗했어요. 호텔에는 흡연 구역이 없어요. 다시는 안 갈 거예요.

방은 작지만 제가 묵었던 다른 APA 호텔들보다 조금 더 컸습니다. 코너에 있어서 그런지는 모르겠지만요. 직원들은 교통 체증이 심한 도로와 엘리베이터를 마주 보지 않고 조용한 방을 제공해 달라는 제 요청을 들어주었습니다. 온천은 그다지 크지 않고 새벽 12시까지만 운영하는데, 다른 APA 호텔들은 새벽 1시까지만 운영합니다.

기차역에서 매우 가까워서 도보로 약 5분 거리에 있으며, 다양한 현지 음식을 선택할 수 있습니다.

좋은 학교이고 JR 신주쿠까지 걸어서 10분 정도 걸립니다. 신주쿠 구오마에 지하철역까지 도보 1분 온천은 있지만, 방은 좁고, 침대는 부드럽고 편안하지 않아 잠들기에 불편합니다.

일본에 비해 적당한 객실 크기. 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후에 편리한 짐 보관. 빠른 체크인 및 체크아웃 프로세스.

나는 호텔에서 받은 도움과 서비스에 매우 만족합니다. 호텔 직원은 공항에 남겨진 서류를 처리하는 데 도움을 주었고, 여행가방을 공항으로 보내는 일도 도와주었습니다. 객실 청결도는 매우 좋으며 욕실 편의 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 위치 지하철역에서 단 100m 거리

Great location, helpful staff.

Is annoying when we arrive to check in, one girl (you can see that girl is the one from her face) asked if we already paid the hotel? (This is my first embarrassing experience from this hotel, not the hotel, but that girl.) Then a couple minutes later, I see other guests also have the same problem (when I hear her say, "Have you already paid?") Oh, I think her behavior is always like this to people who came to check in. (I see other guests must have a bad experience because I see it from their gesture/body language.) I don't know her name, but when you come, you will notice that lady. Thank you.

Location is in the heart of shinjuki station.

Room is exactly as in the picture. Clean, comfortable enough for a single traveler. Strategic location, very close to the subway, 7-11, Familymart and Halal Restaurants.

10 Minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Good outdoor onsen.

Nice place to stay though space is quite small. But not that bad.

Only 100m to Shinjuku Gyoemmae Metro station, Family Mart across the Metro entrance. Great amenities, apparently APA stands for Always Pleasant Amenities and that’s true 😁 electrical plug, kimono, slippers, complete and hi-quality toiletries are provided, keep in mind you can’t leave your luggage here overnight. Only around 400-500m walk to Shinjuku Sanchome Metro station which located in more crowded/touristy area in Shinjuku. They can help you book Alphard/Big taxi if you request at least two days in advance. Overall great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good locations, staffs are friendly and speak English well. Room is very small Lobby can be very crowded at times
