Buena opción por su excelente ubicación y fácil acceso , falta mejorar la cortesía y amabilidad hacia el visitante.

We stayed at this hotel the first time I came to Santo Domingo, which was exciting, but this time the service was poor. We had to carry our luggage 4 flights of stairs. The staff gave no assistance. You always have to constantly tip.

I stayed at this hotel about 17 years ago. It was good back then but now the management does a super job. All employees were very efficient and had great attitudes. Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time.

Love this place

Je suis arrivé tôt et remarqué que plusieurs chambres étaient disponible dont celle que j'avais réservé. on m'a fait payé des frais supplémentaires parce que je suis arrivé ;plus tôt...dans les autres hotel quand la chambre était disponible, on ne m'a fait jamais payé.

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de la Zona Colonial de Santo Domingo.

Nice place to stay. A little be noisy during the day, because all the music from outside. But in general is a perfect stay to stay and looking arround in the colonial city of santo domingo.

There is a balcony with a great view of the area. The staff was really helpful with bringing up our bags. There isn’t an elevator though.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en el hotel. Súper amables, el lugar es hermoso, limpio, accesible a todo en la Zona Colonial. Sin duda alguna regresaríamos.

I like that is center of all walk way to sceneries, Nice spot to be
