We had the most pleasant stay here.

The price is so reasonable and fair.

The only thing that's good is the service/staff. Well, food is just fine. Still convinced that 4k room price is not worth it. There are stuff missing which was stated on the website such as Bathrobe and Hair blower. Vault is in there but not working. Poor cable signal. My husband wants me to give them 1 star, but the staff are friendly and nice so I still give them 3 stars. Pool is what I love most, it's located on the rooftop, so you can have a very nice view, specially at night. They don't have a pool heater, tho.

They need to upgrade there hotel parts like some of their parts are rusty and elevator was not working. I was stuck for 5 mins and it was jumping. I can hear the noise over the other room it was a connecting room. Overall food were very good.they must maintain their 3 star.

Just For now we check in., I usually go here since this is one of my fav hotel here in tagaytay malayo sa mga trapik area. 1st Basement Parking lot is like a horror movie., So dark No Light, yung singaw ng waste nila naaamoy na sobrang baho and park at your own risk. 2nd I was shock that they have corporate event, corporate check in sa hotel kasama ng mga normal check in’s. We’ll as far as I know when it comes to corporate event they should have a separate building nor rooms. 3rd when we enter the room, No Bible., No Complimentary Slippers, no channel list, no Food Menud, Towel is Putim., yung tubig May Amoy. Well binigay nman nila pa isa isa.. and pinaktan yung towel ng mejo mas maputi.. Check in.. they allow us to check in by 12. Food is pricey kaya sa labas nako koin. Purpose ko is to relax not to stress 😊

I reserved for the queen sized bed but I was given twin single bed... elevators aren’t working properly... weak water pressure

The room is kind of creepy. I did not like the ambiance. Full of dust and the smell is awful.

Definitely will come back. Spa was great.

Place is old already. Bed has awful smell, aircon is malfunctioning, shower heater is not consistent. Getting too cold and too hot. No slippers. Doesn't refill toiletries. Spa is at great value though.

We are definitely coming back again.

Our stay was nice. I have noticed though that there were a few items missing from the hotel supplied items compared to our previous stay (5 years ago) like blow dryer, free coffee, bath robe, etc.

Our pillowcases were very faded and old already. They shouldn't use them anymore as the color was no longer white. Bathroom floor had stains and corners of walls inside the bathroom and inside the room had cracks and peelings. We stayed here before when the hotel just opened and it was our favorite. Years passed by and we now have two kids I think the hotel is due for an update.

Staff were nice throughout our stay and we had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Food selection during breakfast buffet isn’t like the one they had New Year 2017 - more variation in short.

Need to improve the look of the room furniture etc. Linens seem to be dirty. They ignored my request for a higher room.

호텔도 훌륭했고, 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 편안한 휴가를 보냈습니다.

Value for money. Walking distance to picnic grove and chapel.
