지금까지 경험했던 수많은 호텔과 아파트먼트 중 최악 중의 최악인 곳! 방안은 굽굽한 냄새로 가득찼고, 쇼파베드 커버는 다 찢겨 벗겨져 있고, 커튼은 앞유리 창문을 전부 가리지 못할 정도로 짧았으며, 에어컨 온도조절기는 고장나 있어 차가운 바람이 나오지 않았고, TV는 작동되지 않아 전혀 볼수 없었고, 와이파이도 연결되지 않았다. 프론트 직원이 에어컨과 TV를 확인하더니 지금은 조치할 수 없다고 한다. 1박을 머무르는 나에게 내일이 되야 다른 직원이 문제점을 확인한다고 했다. 나는 내일 체크아웃해야하는데 그제서야 고쳐준다고? 정말 어이가 없었다.방의 상태에 대해 매니져와 통화하고 싶다고 하니 그것도 내일 가능하다고 한다. 그럼 나는 이 상태로 하룻밤을 이 곳에서 참고 지내야하는가? 직원은 어쩔 수 없다고 한다. 너무 화가 났다. 방의 상태, 직원의 응대 모두 최악이었다. 그리고 다음날에 호텔측은 아무런 조치도 하지 않았다. 다시는 다시는 다시는 이 곳을 가지 않을것이고, 주변에 절대 추천하지 않을것이다. Worst of the many hotels and apartments I've ever experienced! The room was full of scents, the sofa bed covers were torn off, the curtains were short enough to cover all of the windshield windows, the air conditioner thermostat was broken, so there was no cold wind, and the TV was not working so i couldn't watch at all and there was no Wi-Fi connection. The front desk staff checked the air conditioner and TV and said that she can't take action now. I was staying for one night and told me that another employee would check the problem at tomorrow. I have to check out tomorrow, but only then fix it? It was really absurd. I said i would like to talk to the manager about the condition of the room but she said it is also possible tomorrow. So, do I have to endure one night here in this state? The employee said there was nothing to do about it. I was so angry. The condition of the room and the response of the staff were all the worst. And the next day, the hotel did nothing.

직원분들 한명한명이 친절했고 시내권에있어서 아주편리하고 한국 마트도 기까이있어서 아주좋았어요

시설은 좋았습니다 깔끔했고 넓었으며 편안한 분위기가 조성되어 있습니다. 서비스가 조금 부족했습니다. 안내서에 적혀있는 와이파이가 되지 않아 되물었더니 옆집 와이파이를 알려주었고 그에 따라 와이파이 신호가 약하여 거의 사용하지 못했습니다. 그 외에도 하우스키핑이 없었고(신청할 때 제가 몰랐는지) 수건도 직접 빨아서 사용했습니다. 건조대도 없었구요ㅋ 세세하게 요청할 시간이 없어 그냥 지나치는 바람에 AS에 대해서 얘기할 순 없지만 투숙객에 대한 섬세한 배려를 느끼긴 힘들었습니다.

광장과 가깝고 인테리어가 좋지만 건물이 오래되었다

광장 근처에 자리 잡아 도보로 주변에 가볼 수 있는 곳이 많이 있습니다. 다만 무료 주차가 아니라서 차량을 가지고 계신다면 아파내 유료 주창을 이용해야해서 추가로 비용이 듭니다 ㅠㅠ

중양역에서 걸어서 15분 정도 거리에 올드타운 옆에 위치해서 교통은 편리하였으나 아파트먼트라서 그런지 배정 받은 방이 들어가는 입구가 메인로비에서 떨어져있고 복잡하게 왼쪽 오른쪽 돌고 올라가고 일반적인 호텔 시설은 아니었음. 물어볼 것 있으면 전화하라해서 했는데 리셉션에 2명 있었던것 같은데 전화는 받지도 않고. 가성비는 좋았어서 방은 넓고 깨끗했으나 좀 어두운게 흠이고 와이파이는 알려준 커넥션 정보와 전혀 맞지 않고 휴대폰1개만 접속가능햇던 것으로 기억함...

세탁기가 있는줄 알았는데 세탁기 없는 방을 줌.

보증금 400줄러티를 카드로 냈는데 10일이 지났는데도 아직까지 취소를 안하는 그런 호텔입니다 왠만하면 현금으로 디포짓을 낼 수 있도록 하세요.... 호텔스닷컴 관리자가 보면 해결 할 수 있을지 궁굼하네..... 그럼 호텔스닷컴은 멋진 사이트

Great location close to transport very clean and quiet. Would stay again

Die Organisation und Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war einfach. Die Unterkunft selber war ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Matratze war durchgelegen, es gab vereinzelte Flecken, zu wenig Geschirr und das Waschbecken war eine Zumutung. Insgesamt wurde an vielen Ecken gespart & wenig Ausstattung geboten.

It would be great to receive some instructions on how to get to the apartment. It is located in a big complex, with several entrances and shared with other businesses. Some instructions to find the place and maybe a picture of the entrance would help.

No access at night ,guards who are in the property very rude Nice apartment, no access to cleaning products ,needs floor mops etc Needs utensils Comfy bed though

They took a lot of time to answer my questions. They agreed for my requirements but not without having to call them to solve some problems. No shampoo or shower gel at the property. No Wi-Fi instructions anywhere.

Room was definitely not described or photoed correctly in correlation to the room we were in. Central location and handy service to check in and out of and well communicated for door entry codes. Definitely can’t check in early as code starts at 3pm and no “secure” luggage area as it sits at the side of the reception desk. Room itself was tidy, and clean on arrival, however there was a very foul smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. This smell lasted our whole 3 day stay. The rest of the apartment was fine besides the tv didn’t work well and was all in Polish (understandable) however if you are there for a longer stay not so ideal. No ironing board to go with the iron either.

Para un par de dias esta bien. Habitacion grande y cocina con todo lo necesario. Muy centrico y tienen aparcamiento subterráneo, con acceso a el mediante un ascensor, muy bueno de verdad ese detalle. Muy comodo todo. Lo unico es que la cama es muy blanda, y la zona, al ser centrica, muy ruidosa. Pero si no te importa domir con el ruido de las ambulancias y las motos y coches deportivos pasando, entonces es perfecto :)

Estuvo bien, el departamento cómodo pero a veces el agua olía extraño y el llegar desde la calle era un laberinto.
