Appartamento ampio, con tutto il necessario.

L’endroit est propre et bien entretenue. Le personnel est très courtois et sympathique. Je recommande!

Gros problème de propreté de l’appartement et de la terrasse. Ameublement complètement désuet et quasi sans équipement de la cuisine. La literie n’a plus d'âge donc si problème de dos : à fuir… La Terrasse est plus belle en photo qu’en réalité (no comment ! ) : aucune visibilité sur la ville et la Sagrada F. sauf si vous mesurez plus de 2m de hauteur « QUELLE ARNAQUE » ! On vous remet des cartes pour l’accès du hall et de l’appartement qui ne fonctionnent plus puisque déjà utilisées 100 fois et plus. Bref, c’est juste un « attrape touristes » cette location dont l’unique but est la rentabilité à moindre coût. Surtout ne faite pas la même erreur en réservant cet appartement !!!

Comfortable and cozy and in a good location. Felt very safe . Bus stop at end of street to get around. The number 47 takes you straight to the port and beach area.. there is a Aldi down the street as well. With amazing cheap great quality food and a bakery

Crazy Checking. You have to pick up the keys 1.5km away . Small elevator .beds make a lot of noise.

The check in was in another location 30 min away from the apartment that wasn’t mentioned during the reservation and I found out by coincidence when I called before arriving. and they were too slow, didn’t find our name for long and were too clumsy. the apartment was in a far sketchy neighborhood and the balcony was dirty the bed was uncomfortable

Great option when staying in Barcelona! Very close to La Sagrada Familia and other must see places. Very spacious and nice looking loft style apartment with a balcony. Keep in mind that you have to check in at another address first, but once you get there staff are very helpful and guide you. Would definitely stay here again!

After receiving the email with instructions it turned out to be a fairly easy arrival. The apartment itself was clean and had everything it promised. I personally love Gracia therefore being able to stay in that area and at such a lovely place was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice apartment and fantastic location. Internet worked poorly, so slow that we used my data. Also not a fully equipped kitchen, when you don’t even have a bread knife. We called the reception about everything and nothing happened during our five nights stay. I also disliked that I had to pay 5 euro per night for a baby crib and that you have to travel quite far to another reception. Luckily the apartment itself and the location makes up for it, why we are ended on four stars.

The place was okay overall. A little weird that when we arrived we were given a room that had not been cleaned and had to be switched to another room, which took about an hour of back and forth. Also it is quite inconvenient that the reception is in another building, as you have to bring your luggage around the city. The apartment is spacious and quite nice.

The card keys did not work. I had to download an app to unlock the door. They did provide other card keys.

The apt was clean, confortable in a great neighborhood, close to bakeries, local restaurants, and several attractions were walking distance- we like to walk, so a 15 to 20 min walk is close enough in my book.

The amount of toilet paper was too little for a three-night stay, so I had to purchase some myself. It was inconvenient that there was only one hairdryer despite having two bathrooms. The towels were too large and difficult to use. There were no shelves in the shower booth, so I had to place soap and other items on the floor.

Das Appartment ist schön geschnitten und ausreichend groß. Es gab aber einige Mängel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Der Wasserhahn wackelte (wurde dann repariert), die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Der Boden war bei Ankunft nicht richtig geputzt. Die Zwischenreinigung ist eher ein Handtücher und Bettwäsche Wechsel. Hierbei wurden die Pyjamas meiner Tochter und mir mitgenommen. Sie lagen unter den Bettlaken. Auf Nachfrage wurden diese auch nicht wieder gefunden bzw. erstattet. Die Wohnung liegt leider in einem Viertel, an dem an jeder Häuserecke steht: tourists go home.

Appartement was well equipped and location is great too. Only downside is the noise coming from other units / staircase, very late during the night. But, nothing earplugs couldn’t fix.

this property is in a neighborhood where you can barely find any public transportation. No uber or any other local app taxis didn't want to come. Location is not convenient at all. I had called 1 day before to check if i can get room an hour before check in time? They didnt inform me that their management is too far away from actual property location. There are no reception desk or any sort of service on site at all. Upon arrival we called the phone no listed on the entry door and someone said reception is located at 15 min taxi ride from actual location. For 1 hr we didnt get any taxi or uber to go to reception to check in. I had to wait for 2 hrs outside of the apartment in the street while it was raining. We had horrible experience with check in process. Apartment was clean but had limited towels for our stay of 5 days. Expedia or management didn’t communicate about check in issues. Getting any type of transportation from apartment to anywhere was big issue. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there at all.

The property is for 4 people, not for 5 or 6; It does not have a sofa bed as indicated, it is just a common sofa.

Amazing location, most of the city landmarks are at walking distance. Quiet street yet very close to the city action. Rooms are spacious and clean, mind you there is no reception at the property, and the lift is very tight due to the nature of the building. Highly recommended for families visiting the city. Thumbs Up.

Appartement situé dans un quartier agreable et beaucoup de restaurant a proximité. Literie tres confortable, manque d equipement niveau cuisine, pas de machine a café. Moissisure niveau joint de la douche un peu dommage
