너무너무 이쁘고 깨끗하고 친절한 곳이에요! 호텔에서 루체른 시내가 한눈에 들어와서 따로 야경보러 나갈필요가 없는 완벽한 호텔이었습니다!

루체른역에서도 버스타고 금방 갈수 있었고 호텔 상태는 굉장히 좋았습니다.

기대했던 데 비해 실망이컸습니다. 주변경관은 더할나위없었으나 조식도 룸청결도도 저희에겐 뛰어나지못했습니다

일찍 예약해서 그런지 뷰가 제일 좋은 방으로 주셨더라구요. 루체른 시내가 훤히 다 보이는 뷰는 정말 환상적!! 진짜 궁전에서 자는듯한 느낌이었어요 시내구경하러 리프트 타고 내려가는데 신기하구 ㅋㅋㅋ 추천합니다~

루체른의 모든 풍경이 한눈에 보인다 고풍스러운 외관이 마치 중세의 어느 성에서 묶는듯한 느낌을 갖게한다 주변의 산책로가 매우 훌륭하다

위치는 찾기 쉬운편이며, 전망이 너무 좋습니다.

산위에 있어서 이쁜 루체른을 한 눈에 내려다 볼 수 있었던 점이 가장 좋았습니다. 아침 안개낀 루체른 호수와 야경까지도... 렌트하신 분들에겐 무료 주차가 되기에 아주 편하실 것이고, 산 위에 있어서 그냥 다니기엔 불편하지 않을까 했습니다만, 전용 에스컬레이터가 있어 시내까지 걸어서 갈 수 있다는 놀라운 사실! 다음에 또 다시 루체른을 가게 된다면 여기에 머물고 싶네요.

It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel with amazing view of the town. But it was not. My room was facing their parking lot without any view of the city. Its location was also problematic as I had to take a taxi to get to the hotel from the train station. According to their in-room booklet, their checkout time is 11:30 AM and, late check-out request can be made. However, the Indian woman at the front desk was unfriendly and cold. She told me that I was wrong, and their check out time is 11 AM and can be extended only to 11:30 AM. Later when I checked this fact with other staff, he confirmed that their check out time is 11:30 AM. She never smiled and did not even try to help. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the room and no international channels (no CNN, BBC, NHK, etc.) Their pillow was also too soft and uncomfortable. And no slipper, neither. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend.

Clean beautiful rooms. Extremely helpful concierge and staff. Beautiful views and cool bar/restaurant

It was beautiful hotel. It does not have AC so got really hot in room. They provided a fan. We tried the restaurant it was good. Service is not the best but views are amazing. I loved it, it’s away from the noise but area is not as nice on the other side of the hotel.

The property is beautiful and it is fun to ride the funicular up and down to get there. The hotel is close to everything so it is a great location. Our issue was with the room. I know it’s an old building and perhaps little can be done, but our tiny room consisted of a bed up a rickety, noisy stair case and a bathroom which was literally the entryway of our room on the first level. All of that could work if the other space had a nice cozy feel but there were only two chairs in our room, like dining room chairs, so no comfortable place to rest after a long day out walking. And the chairs were separated, one upstairs and one down so you can’t sit with your spouse. For the most expensive place we stayed in for our weeks in Europe, it was a disappointment.

Beautiful location and very helpful staff!

Best views of Lucerne from the hotel. Centrally located within walking distance to most of city center attractions, restaurants and shopping. Funicular on the premises made it even more convenient to access the city. Prefect place to view and enjoy Lake Luzern.

Nice experience, beautiful hotel with amazing views of the city. An elegant castle with great facilities and the personnel are 150% committed with the guests!!
