No smart tvs And very poor restaurant

This was a quick stop off for me and my dog. Staff were very accommodating. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and facilities. Dinner at the restaurant attached was delicious and convenient. Lots of parking, very safe. Downside is the traffic is quite loud but if you travel with a sound machine then you will be good!

First time in the newer side. Way nicer then the old side. Clean rooms very spacious. Nice furniture, good water pressure. Helpful staff. The new breakfast staff does more work then the old staff did.

At check in I had to argue with the person cause she wanted me to pay $10 extra for my 15 year old son. I booked on Expedia and there was no mention of extra charge. She told me to check Expedia and I did, and again nothing saying extra charge. Then she told me it’s on their own website, and I told her that’s ridiculous why would I check there. Only when I said I would leave this in the review she waived the “extra charge.” If you want to charge more then update it in Expedia, don’t hold customers hostage on check in

Breakfast was sub sub sub sub par. Yogurt “unavailable”, weak coffee, ran out of beans, fruit limited I passed

Check in was easy. We were advised about parking as my husband is handicapped. Unfortunately when we tried to access our car through the Restaurant it was closed so Unfortunately we were locked out of Hotel access as I had turned in my keys. So my handicapped husband had to take several flights of stairs to get to an outside exit. It is unfortunate I was unaware of this, but at least we managed and I went and got our car and picked my husband.

I would definitely come back to this place. It was clean, and comfortable.

Clean room and nice staff

We stayed here for a work trip and were very pleasantly surprised. While the check-in area feels a bit dated, we were placed in the newer building and the room itself was fantastic—spacious, very clean, and with a great shower. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and parking was convenient with spots available around both the front and back of the building. The kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, and fridge) was also very useful during our stay. One small note: the left side of the bed felt quite sunken, so rotating or updating the mattresses might improve comfort. I also needed a quiet space to take a work call and reached out about using an empty flex room/meeting space down the hall. While I was told those spaces are rental-only, I ended up using a couch in the lobby, which was quiet and worked out fine. Overall, a great stay with clean, comfortable rooms and thoughtful amenities.

Coffee great didn’t have breakfast but it all looked lovely and there was lots of happy families there.

This hotel was OK, the bathroom could’ve used I think a little bit of updating it was definitely yellowing and the shower was very old and the showerhead was also very old. The breakfast was OK there was lots of quantity so it was never like we were fighting for food. We did enjoy the sauna it was probably the highlight of our stay, unfortunately the hot tub was broken, and there was no mention of that for when I booked my stay.
