It was good

Rooms were clean, there was confusion regarding our reservation but after 2 hours they miraculously found two rooms with King beds like we had originally asked for. The present restaurant/ bar was terribly lacking very poor wine selection and for cocktails you had better like shots because they only have coke for a mixer. Fortunately the area provides excellent alternatives for breakfast and drinks.

Muy amable el personal en general

El hotel es mi mejor opción cuando viajo a Oaxaca.

Buen trato en la recepción, habitación amplia. Sin embargo, todos , todos los contactos inutilizables.

La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones bonitas y agradables, el restaurante cómodo, bonito y al precio de los restaurantes de la ciudad. Me encantó el dispensador de agua en cada piso. El único punto que no me encanto fue el ruido del aire acondicionado.

We stayed for three days in a room on the 6th floor and later three days on the 7th. The room on the 6th was spacious and comfortable. The room on the 7th was less convenient, mainly because only one elevator went to the 7th and was often a long wait. The hotel is on a steep hillside with limited on-site parking. An overflow lot required a bit of uphill walking. Rooms had beautiful views over Oaxaca, but the hotel was a bit of a long walk into town, especially considering the uphill walk to return to it. Breakfast was very good. Staff was professional but a bit indifferent compared to others we encountered in Mexico.

No tomamos desayuno, en general todo excelente solo el baño tenía un fuerte olor a drenaje pero fue el único detalle.

Solo la limpieza del baño, en el área de la tina, era un poco dudosa.

Remodelado pero aún con algunos detalles como los colchones, ya les falta firmeza.
