very pleasant stay, though it was one overnight stay, the room was spacious and clean with very convienent location from two minute taxi drive from bus terminal and 5 min walk from train station, I recommend this hotel !

4 성급 호텔인데 일단 리셉션 여자 직원이 영어를 잘 못 함. 여자들은 잘 못 하고 남자들이 의사소통이 좀 되는 편이며, 더 친절하기도 함. 여자직원한테 어디가 위험하냐고 물어봤더니 관광명소를 소개시켜주고, 공항에 가는 법이 뭐냐고 물었는데 택시뿐이 없다며 300디르함에 예약하라고 함. 나중에 알고보니 바로 5 분 거리에 공항가는 기차역이 있음. 침대 매트리스에서 베드벜 발견. 잡아다 보여줬더니 흔한 일이라고 대수롭지 않게 말함. 아예 베드벅이 뭔지 모르는 눈치였음. 깔끔하긴 하고 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 와이파이는 방에서 잘 안 됨. 조식은 좋게 나옴. 호텔 자체는 좋은지 모르겠으나 낸 돈에 비하면 그닥 걸맞는 서비스를 받았다고 생각되지는 않음.

시내와 가깝고, 공항에서 철도를 타고 이동할 수 있다는 점이 가장 편리했던 것 같습니다. 호텔은 조금 오래된 듯 했지만, 아침식사도 그럭저럭 괜찮았고 가격대비 편리한 곳이었던 것 같네요.

가격 대비 좋음. 위치, 서비스, 객실 청결 상태 모두 무난함. 다만, 예약을 완료하고 갔는데 이미 다른 고객에게 방을 배정해서 첫날 하루는 다른 호텔 잡아줘서 이용했음. 이건 호텔측 과실이고 왜 그런 운영을 했는지 이해할수 없었음.

We had to go through 4 rooms before we got an acceptable one. One room had a broken air-conditioned, in the other it was no safe box, in third safe box wasn't working. In addition, All safe boxes were attached to the floor and we had to kneel deeply to a floor in order to see keyboard: when your are over 66 it is not very comfortable. The last room had bed bugs, but we discovered it during a night and we suspect that the other rooms had them too. This hotel is positioning itself as 4-star, but I can give it at best 2.5 stars. On a positive side - all personnel was very nice and supportive and hotel's location was good too.

Helpful staff, clean and convenient

Die Zimmer sind schön. Die Abläufe von Check-in bis zum Frünstück könnten besser sein, aber das Personal macht das mit Höflichkeit wieder wett.

朝食が素晴らしい。 パンケーキや果物などバラエティ豊富でバランスが良い。 バスタブはあるが、お湯はなかなかたまりません。 モロッコではシャワーが普通ということですね。

Spacious room with separate sitting/work area. Upon arrival a porter hand-led us two blocks away to a respectable restaurant for lunch. Upon departure another porter carried our bags to the train station 300m away. That's service above and beyond.

The staff was excellent! Great location

It is a basic hotel with affordable price. Location was good, no water or minibar provided.

Staff were nice. No heat. Hotel room was shabby with broken window - ie didn't lock. Breakfast was always late. For 1 night it was okay. Don't rely on their wake up call service.
