We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Côte d’Azur. We were welcomed warmly and especially enjoyed Siswe, the gentleman at reception. The apartment was so beautiful and clean and had everything we could have needed. Keep in mind that in South Africa, there are no electrical plugs in bathrooms

Man kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Das gesamte Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Appartement war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Dass das Geschirr abgespült und aufgeräumt wird, hätten wir nicht erwartet. Auch mit Load Shed hatten wir kein Problem.

La Cote is always excellent. Everything exceeded expectations. Condition of flats and maintenance very good. Daily service and always clean towels and cloths and toiletries. The beauticians at the spa know their job and visiting was a joy. All staff very kind and helpful. Porters much appreciated.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were helpfull, friendly an efficient. Facility could do with laundry service or self help service. Pool bar and restaurant could do with longer operating hours

Was short but amazing, staff is also friendly.

We love the place only issue is the check in and check out times which was too late check in and too early check out

Nice view. Gracious amount of space. Kept clean and tidy for the age of the hotel and interiors.

The facilities were really lovely. I was a bit surprised that only one parking was allocated for a 2 bedroom unit that can sleep 6. The positive was that the security sorted out an extra parking bay in no time. There was also extreme noise made by guests on another floor. Perhaps staff could be more aware of this.

Excellent stay. Jacuzzi needs to be maintained desperately.

The resort is a truly exceptional family vacation spot. The kids had a great time and the staff were great. Highlights include heated pool, easy access to the beach and great facilities.

Hi I had an issue 1) I had contacted the hotel and Expediaabout 1 day travel change. No one was able to help me and the buck was passed. I was charged for nights I was not there. Even though the request was made 2 weeks prior! Then when we arrived they had given away my room. And wanted to put us in rooms and swap half way through the stay. I am a platinum Client of Expedia we spend in excess of 40 000USD a month with them,and I have laid the complaint. I will also not be giving a good review for my international guests. I feel I was robbed and treated badly. And paid for a room that was not what I booked. And still was not compensated. Very shocked and perplexed.
