Staff were all amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Uniformed front door staff took care of our car from the kerb. The hotel is compact, chic, with cool lobby bar and lovely restaurant, very close to Prado and other museums and shops.

Beautiful lobby, excellent restaurant, great bar, and truly outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, proactive, and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast was fresh and high quality, with both buffet and table service options. The massage treatment was very good, and cleanliness across the hotel was impeccable. Location is ideal: central yet calm at night. However, the biggest disappointment was the room. I stayed in a Deluxe Queen at nearly €500 per night and the quality did not match the price or the common areas. The design felt below average, the bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, and the pillows caused neck pain. Bathroom fittings felt loose, shower sealing leaked water onto the floor, and overall the room experience was underwhelming for this category and rate. I stayed in much cheaper hotels with much better rooms. Pricing across the hotel is very high. €170 for a massage, cocktails close to €20, and €40 extra for spa access despite already paying premium room rates feels excessive. The spa is clean and pleasant but small and not exceptional. Overall, strong service and atmosphere, but room quality and pricing do not fully align with a luxury positioning.

The hotel felt like a Christmas fairy tale. Staff was wonderful, and the room large and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location 10/10. Not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but close to several local trendy neighborhoods and local shops. Will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property, and wonderful and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a central area and walkable to most attractions. Highly recommend

Great location and really nice hotel — stylish and comfortable rooms. Only downside was a few surprise charges: they have a coffee machine in the room but charge for the pods (a first for me!), and spa access isn’t included (additional €35pp), even though that wasn’t mentioned on listing on Hotels.com (and trying to get hotels.com to rectify this has been a nightmare which is still ongoing). If you do want to stay here probably better to book direct if you plan to use the spa as they have rates with spa usage included.

Hotel lindo om equipe simpática e atenciosa. O quarto é confortável, embora o chuveiro seja um pouco apertado. O único ponto que me deixou insatisfeita foi em relação a algumas impressões que solicitei: não fui informada previamente de que haveria cobrança e, no check-out, fui surpreendida com a taxa de 26 euros pelas impressões — um valor que considero excessivo para um serviço tão simples "feito em casa". Apesar disso, tive uma boa expêriencia no hotel.
