ไม่มีบริการมารับที่ท่าเรือ พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาไม่ดีและอยู่ไกลท่าเรือมาก

Service was not great at all. Did not get a pick up from ferry. Did not have our booking when we arrived (4pm), they wanted to put us in a room we didn't book, waited half an hour for them to make the room ready. Room itself was fine and we were comfortable. Location is a bit of a mission - halfway to the lookout.

The worst service hotel ever! - No one pick us up from the pier while other guests from another hostel had free pick up service (the price should include free pick up from the pier)Location so far away (at the end of the island, you need climb a hill. Takes around 20 minutes to center of the island)Worst staff service (this hostel had only one staff and he did not care with the guest. after check-in, the staff just gave us the key and let us to find our own room and he just disappear. The key that he gave us was for different room as he mention when we check-in and we have to wait around 1 hour for him to change our key)While we stay in this hostel, we had no water at all. The staff said that there was a problem with the water machine, he knew the problem but he never told us about it when were check-in. He promised us that the water will work around 1 am and he guarantee that if it's working he will buy us water but until we check-out the water never come and he never showed up. I booked a room with fan, but there was no fan inside the room and we have to take it from the receptionist. Overall this hostel was the worst ever. I will never come back to this hostel also never recommend to anyone as well

Saya sampai di phi phi waktu hujan deras, turun kapal dalam keadaan mabuk laut karena ombak sedang besar. berharap langsung istirahat dipenginapan tapi saya malah muter2 mencari2 ini bungalow tapi tidak ketemu2. tanya penduduk sekitar katanya 30 menit dari dermaga. terus jalan akhirnya ketemu orang melayu dia bantu cari pas disitu ada penjaga bungalow yang bilang itu tempat jauh sekali jadi saya dialihkan ke tempat yang jelek kotor dan tidak banget. saran aja kalau mau pilih yang deket dermaga.
