숙소는 버스 정류장의 일부로 되어있어 대중교통 혹은 투어버스를 타기에 용이합니다. 또한 숙소가 전반적으로 넓고 깨끗하게 구성되어있어요.시내까지는 걸어서 20분~30분정도 걸어가야합니다. 샤워시설 및 화장실이 층마다 여러개가 있어 매우 쾌적합니다. 단점을 말하자면 식사장소가 비좁은 느낌이 있습니다. 그래도 직원들이 너무나 친절하고 숙소외 다른것들에 대해서도 잘 대응해줍니다. 각종 투어도 현장 데스크에서 예약을 해주시니 너무 좋네요.

우선 바닥이 너무 더럽고 키친도 제대로 청소가 안되고 사용하신 분들도 제대로 치우지도 않아 엉망입니다. 편한점은 픽업을 호스텔로 직접 온다는 점하고 화장실이 넓고 깨끗합니다. 그리고 웬만하면 4인실보다는 8인실 예약하세요 4인실은 너무 좁고 8인실ㅇ 더 좋아보였어요

이불이 없는 호스텔은 첨 봅니다 이불 가격을 따로 받습니다 샤워실과 공동 주방은 널찍하고 깨끗했습니다 엘레베이터가 있다고는 하는데 모두 사용안하는 분위기 있습니다 주위에 식당이나 마트는 없지만 작은 마트가 걸어서 10분 이내 거리에 있습니다

밤늦게 갔는데 로비 직원도 친절했고, 2층침대도 철제가 아닌 나무라 삐걱대지 않아 좋았어요. 주방도 잘 되어 있고요. 로비도 예쁘고, 짐보관도 되어서 좋았어요. 다만 담요를 돈 주고 빌려야 하는 건 좀 아쉬웠어요. 그 외 사항은 여러 명이 사용하는 호스텔이라고 생각하면 가성비 대비 괜찮아요.

가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다 화장실 청소가 잘 되어 있어 좋았고 전체적 시설도 괜찮아서 구경 안하고 쉬고 있을때도 숙소에 머물기에 불편함 없었습니다 시티센터와 떨어져 있긴 하지만 못 걸어갈 정도는 아닌 거리였고 스텝도 항시 대기하여 문의 사항 처리가 빨랐습니다 난방이 아주 잘 되어 있는데 한편으론 상당히 건조 했습니다 이불은 별도비용이 발생하는데 세탁이 잘 되어 있어 큰 불만 없이 대여 및 사용했습니다

버스터미널 근처라 이동하기에 아주 편리함. 직원들 친절하고 객실도 편안함. 주차 공간 넓음. 이불 대여비 별도 계산하는 건 단점임.

좋은 위치, 깔끔하고 쾌적함. 다만 룸 안에 콘센트가 한쪽에만 있는 것은 아쉬움. 그 외에는 매우 만족.

it was clean and good!

위치가 레이캬비크 시내와 떨어져 있는 점이 다소 불편하지만, 렌트 혹은 버스투어를 이용한다면 큰 무리는 없습니다. 공용욕실은 깨끗한 편이었고 공용주방도 이용에 불편함은 없었습니다. 그리고 짐을 보관할 수 있어 편리합니다. 하지만 수건, 침대시트를 추가로 대여해야 해 그 점을 감안해야 합니다.

도미토리였지만 혼자써서 좋았어요. 하지만 가방넣어 놓을 만한 곳이 없어서 불안.

No receptionist. Not easy to checking. Unable to use laundry since I was in school and not around when the receptionist is there.

Commons areas were pretty clean.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were well kept and clean and so were the bathrooms. The hostel is located is short walk from the city centre and the lobby is spacious and comfy. The few things I have to complain about: There were several times when the door code was not working to get into one's room, which van very very stressful to a traveller. The kitchen was often very cramped (one sink to sometimes over five people) and could be larger to accommodate the many bodies always in that small space. The washer and dryer was not working properly and stole my money a couple of time and it should be repaired. There were are many times when I needed assistance from the reception and know one was available for long periods of time, perhaps due to bejng understaffed.

Nice place with nice staff

I loved that you could check in after hours! We had a late flight. It was appreciated.

Staff were helpful in communication pre-visit. However, the limited staffed hours of 9am-4pm (Mon to Fri only) at the Hostel did not work for me as there was no opportunity to discuss issues given that tours required an early start and late arrival back to the hostel, and my arrival to Reykjavik and departure from Reykjavik fell outside staffed hours. The major disappointments were that I was allocated a mixed dorm when I had booked a female dorm, and the mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. The metal springs were prominent by just running a hand across the surface. And, I had booked the Bus Hostel based on the understanding that tours/airport transfers departed from this terminal, only to discover that they had shifted to another location.

The lack of staff after 4pm and on weekends.

Cleaning staff did a good job keeping the place clean. Guests were good in maintaining cleanliness. Room was clean. Amenities were good. Had adequate sockets for charging devices. Negative was as the hostel was at a bus parking, there might be multiple bus startings in the middle of the night. Also, as our room faced the front of the building, noise from people there easily propagated into our room.

I stayed in the mixed dorm as a solo female- no problems at all. The whole check-in process is no contact. Make sure to bring your own towel since the hours are limited to rent one,… the office is closed on the weekends and only open from 9-4 M-F. This was a great location to get picked up for tours. Would absolutely stay there again.
