직원들은 친절했습니다. 방은 좋았습니다. 거의 모든 것이 잘 작동했습니다. 와이파이는 잘 작동했습니다. 도어벨만 작동하지 않았습니다. 하지만 저에게는 큰 문제가 아니었습니다. 한 방에는 액세스 카드가 하나만 제공됩니다. 호텔에서 각 방에 두 장을 제공하면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 한 사람이 늦게 방에 들어와서 이미 안에서 자고 있는 사람을 방해하지 않고 방 문을 여는 것이 더 쉽기 때문입니다.

We just checked out today but my husband unintentionally left the mobile adapter charger behind. Then call back the hotel management they claimed that the charger was not there. kinda annoyed with the explanation, but its might initially my husband fault. :-(

The room is very clean the bathroom is also clean, the shower water is also profusely. Though the TV is smaller there is a pedestal for irons, suit satisfactory price and the place is highly recommended.

Receptionist friendly at all time, greet us every time we go in and out. Room is spacious and clean and they provide one way free transfer from hotel to airport. Overall is great stay

Located on Gaya Street, the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions in KK, like Atkinson Clock Tower, Signal Hill, Filipino Market. I even walked to Jesselton Point. If you're there on a Sunday, check out the bustling Gaya Street Sunday Market. I stayed in a single room and it was just the right size, as well as clean and comfortable – a good deal for the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful, too. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in KK!
